We had to move out on extremely short notice and we were scrambling to find a moving company. Spoke with Gail and she could get a crew to help us the next day! This meant we did not have a lot of time to pack anything so we agreed to a third person to help with the packing and moving. Moving day came and I got a phone call from the crew letting me know roughly when they would be arriving. About an hour before the crew arrived Ron came to see what all needed to be packed and moved. He was very respectful and I appreciated the open communication. When Salvador, David, and Ross arrived they immediately got to work and worked their butts off to pack and move our three bedroom house with lots of very difficult furniture to move. They we very respectful and careful with our items and we actually had some fun while doing all this. They took their break after everything was loaded and met us at the storage unit right on time and unloaded the trailer in record time while managing to pack everything in the unit with awesome tetris skills! There were absolutely no hidden fees and we were charged exactly what we were told we would be for the hourly rate and supplies and everything. Well worth the money we paid and we will definitely be using this company again when it comes time to move out of the storage unit and into our next house! Very very impressed with the work they did and will recommend them to anyone! Great job guys!

Was very pleased with the level of customer service. I was left high and dry by another moving company and 1st Choice got me scheduled last minute, same-day. From there on, I received multiple calls with updates on their ETA which was very helpful. As far as the actual move went, it couldn't have been smoother. When the crew showed up, I was given a very thorough and transparent rundown of the estimated services and costs. I was quoted 4-5 hrs and the guys got it done in 3 1/2, including travel time! My things were treated well and nothing was damaged. And you to top it off, I received a card in the mail the next day from them thanking me for my business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know and I would like to thank them for making a stressful situation much easier.

Five Stars!! We had a group of three men working on our move -- Salvador, Dante and James. We absolutely could not have been happier with the work they did. They were extremely professional, had top notch customer service skills and worked very hard all day. They were also compassionate and had a keen sense of humor, which was much appreciated that day, as it was a complicated move. They were very accommodating and went with the flow with positive attitudes. I just cannot say enough good things about this crew. If I owned a moving company, these three men would be exemplary examples of the people I would want working for me. Thank you Salvador, Dante and James!! And thank you 1st Choice Movers LLC. If we should need movers again in the future, we will definitely use this company again, and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

This app should have a ZERO STAR RATING! Because this "company" does not even deserve 1 star!!! "1st Choice Movers" is a COMPLETE JOKE OF A NAME!! THEY SHOULD BE CALLED "LAST CHOICE MOVERS!!!" I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO READS THE REVIEWS NOT TO HIRE THESE IDIOTS!!! **I AM DISABLED AND LIVE ON SOCIAL SECURITY!! I also had BACK SURGERY A MONTH AGO!!!** I hired this so-called company to get my big furniture moved after a different company fell through at the last minute. They were hired to move my large furniture items...uhhh...which a COUCH would be one of those things considered large! I had to change the items to "large only" because I was given an "estimate" that was NO WHERE NEAR CORRECT!!! Just to move what few items I had left, was going to be over double what I was quoted and we had already moved 9/10 of my apt ourselves. So I had to change it to "just large items" which cost me $500 for 1.5 hrs at the apt and 45 minutes at my storage unit. I paid these 2 "professionals" every LAST dollar I had AND was forced to pay, up front AND sign something, BEFORE they would even lift a finger!! I kept reiterating to them to get the "big stuff" out first. They lolly-gagged along with walking, charged me from the time they stepped foot in my old apt without even doing a thing, for at least a half hour! In the end these 2 tore out the screen on the balcony to try to get my couch out, KNOWING FULL WELL IT WASN'T GOING TO WORK BEFOREHAND!! One of them continually ARGUED with me that my couch did NOT come through the same door they were trying to take it out of! I SAW with my own eyes that it came in that same door!! There is NO WAY something goes IN but can't get OUT!!! In the end they just left my expensive leather couch til the very last thing, tried for 15 minutes to get it out, then gave up after 2 tries and basically said "Oh well. Too bad so sad!" and LEFT MY COUCH IN THE APT WITH A RIPPED OPEN SCREEN!!! I knew what this guy telling me it was impossible to get the couch out was a big line of B.S. Apparently, they were 2 scared little whimps who were afraid of, or did not want to, do a little hard work!! I say that because the 2 guys that got that couch IN my apt got it OUT AND loaded in their truck in under 20 minutes the next day!!! AND I had to pay those guys ANOTHER $100 to finish the job I had paid "1st Choice Movers" to do the day before! I paid 2 competent men to do what this "company" did NOT!!! "Ron" also said I would not be charged for his guys going back to try again to get my couch out but then left it anyway. The one guy, "James" handed me the paper, I had stupidly signed in order to get this nightnare move started, to find Ron LIED to me and STILL CHARGED ME MORE!!! When these 2 idiots unloaded my belongings into my storage unit, it all had to be moved and stacked because these 2 were too lazy to do the job right the 1st time!! RON IS A WORTHLESS, NAME-CALLING, LIAR WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!! AND HIS "TEAM," JAMES AND CARLOS ARE WHINY WORTHLESS "MOVERS!" USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
