Customer service was nice and quick. Was a bit pricey to ship standard via USPS and a 12x12x12 box was $2.45. If I'd have known that, I would've used my own box/pkg. Overall good quality packaging materials available and it's a convenient location for locals who don't want to travel far just to ship a package or two.

Dropped international packages for DHL early enough for them to have shipped. Checked my DHL waybills the next morning--no movement, not picked up. These were overnight--critical.
It is very convenient to have a shipping center on the westside so that you don't have to go to Baton Rouge.
