I called trying to get a quote. The female I spoke to (Morgan) was very impatient with me. I could even hear her call me the B word under her breath. I hung up! I'm not going to do business with a company that allows it's employees to mistreat customers. :(

No thanks. I appreciate that the mgr wants to make it right, but I'd rather not do business with you after that. My coworker took me by her insurance agent's office today. He was very nice and I'll actually be paying $30 less than I had been paying with better coverage.

1st Network Insurance is a great company and Natalie is the best!  Very friendly staff and great communication.  They answered all my questions and helped me to get a great rate on my auto and home insurance!  Highly recommend if your in the market for an insurance provider!

This is an excellent insurance agency.  All  of the staff have been extremely professional when I have dealt with them.  Their community involvement is also outstanding.  I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs.
