I am sharing on behalf of my grandmother - Ever since it has been taken over by new owners, they don't send out bills, are unable to take payments over the phone without problems. Telling me my card isn't working and it's blocked when there is nothing wrong with it!! I call to pay when my bills are due and they don't even know it's due! They have absolutely awful service and I can't afford anything else so unfortunatley I am stuck but I am handling this with the BBB. They do not know how to run a company.

Very  pleasant office  personnel. Very knowledgeable  .Easy to make  a payment in office or over the phone.

Chuck was very rude when I had a concerning question of why they decided to cancel my insurance, after they talked me into switching insurances, when he never told me that their company makes you put people on your insurance you live with, even if they don't drive your car.
