I had insurance through State Farm for a few years and every month my insurance would change. Never could figure out why then out of nowhere they stopped my insurance without telling me all because I had ONE car accident, nothing else on my record ever. What’s the point in having car insurance if they cancel when you get into an accident? I found out after the auto draft didn’t come out the next month but the life insurance portion of it did which made no sense. They say I have to sign papers if I want them to stop charging me for life insurance but they sure didn’t need my signature to stop my car insurance. Most pathetic place for insurance I’ve ever heard of.

Pay above average rates, pay them on time every month, rates never decrease.  I inquired about added another vehicle with just liability and the rate literally would have doubled.  I'm not sure how rock bottom liability could do that and the agent had no idea either.  Asked how much a teenager would increase my rate and was told it wasn't worth adding them.  I've tried using a local rep for 2 years now, probably going to go Geico soon due to high rates for drivers with absolutely nothing on their record.

Been a Customer for Years.  Lived in Texas moved to ARKANSAS a few years back.  Mr. Otwell was with the agency in Texas.  I called my Texas agency and ask if they had someone in Arkansas. She told me about Mr. Otwell.   I love working with Virginia in his office.
