Parked here last month. We did a dry run to find the place during the day, which was a good idea. It’s kind of hard to find but there is a sign on the east drive of metro collision repairs.
We arrived at 6:15am and called the phone number provided. The shuttle van arrived and opened the secure gate a minute later. Nice clean van and pleasant driver.
Upon our return to Hopkins Airport, I again called the number provided for the shuttle. It arrived about 10 minutes later, being driven by the company owner, Anthony. He handled the luggage both at the airport and back at the lot. He was very pleasant and helpful. 
This was our first time parking with them so we took a chance. IT WAS PERFECT. I WOULDNT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. ALSO, I WILL BE USING THIS PLACE FOR ALL MY FUTURE TRAVELS.

DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS!! Check Google maps! The lot is ran behind an auto body shop! NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN ALONE! The sign is on the ground!! There is only 1 driver. Very rude and disorganized!  His name was "T". He was very Nasty! The shuttle bus is a Honda Civic! They are not 2 minutes from the airport. It took 20 minutes to pick you up! They lost the reservation and wants you to repay  NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY!! BEWARE!! Not credible company! BEWARE. UNSAFE!!

Two stars for the cost only. They don't answer the phone ever and there is no instruction on where to meet when you arrive. I waited for 40 minutes then finally got a response that they would meet me in 10min at baggage claim, not the shuttle area. The customer service is non existent.

Very reasonable price for parking. Booked online, signage at actual location a bit small, but Navigator got me there just fine.  Drivers was friendly and helpful will definitely use again when flying out of Cleveland Airport.
