I lost my cross pen in the seat of a Park Place shuttle on the Friday we left for vacation. I handed  the driver my business card with a note about my pen. Sure enough they called to say they found it. They had it in the pay booth for me  yesterday. Kudos to the driver for going above and beyond. And also the to the staff for reuniting with my pen.  The pen was a gift many many years ago.

Fast pickup from the time we parked and got to the airport. Get coupons online, make reservations too. Fast return service from airport

The shuttles pick you up at your car. Great for people with disabilities that néed a little help.

Used to park at the airport's Brown Lot, but after waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle to get back to the lot after our trip (while seeing 3 Park Place shuttles come and go), decided to give Park Place a try on the next trip. Daily rate was the same as Brown Lot using my work's "perks" program.
On arrival, they gave us a drawstring bag for each of our kids with things to do on the plane and directed us to a row with a close spot. Spots are numbered, and shuttle driver weird it down for you. Shuttle picked us up right away and dropped us at the airport promptly (Park Place shuttle drop off is actually a few spots closer to the door than the Brown Lot drop).
Upon return, shuttle was waiting and departed for lot promptly. Drop off at our vehicle was uneventful. A complimentary drive through car wash is available (we heeded a sign warning against hatchbacks with rear wipers using the wash and skipped it). On exit, there are complimentary bottles of water (they must've been reading my mind, because I was thirsty!).
I definitely plan on using Park Place instead of the Brown Lot in the future.

Was easy to sign up and get a reservation. Staff  was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy to get in and out of. Next time I may skip the carwash that's included. It's old, dilapidated, and had no soap. But it knocked a week's dust off ok. 👍
