Decent prices comparable to Best Buy. I went for a TV though that Best Buy had out of stock, and the 2001 Audio Video website said in stock, but when I arrived, I was told they didn't have one.  I was left with 3 options: drive to Milton where the store there had it in stock (no), wait 3 weeks for it to be delivered from Milton (no)... or wait 2 days for Best Buy's new flyer.  I went with the last option.  Sorry guys.  Get your tech game in check.

Just called to ask a couple questions about receivers. I asked the guy who answered the phone if he knew a lot about them and he said very smug "well yeah". I had a top 3 in mind so when i started asking him if they have them or if he recommends any, he said he's not going to go over it on the phone with me (very rudely) and to just come in. Unfortunately I live an hour away so I would have loved for him to tell me a little more about what's in stock before I made the drive. Won't be going there ever now.

I walked in with a Bose Soundlink Revolve that I purchased from another location last week that was not quite delivering the depth and bass that I expected from a $250 bluetooth speaker. Without any hesitation, they allowed me to exchange for the Bose Soundlink Revolve Plus which is well worth the extra $80 ($329).

Very professional and friendly service, and they did not waste my time trying to push the extended warranty because -- it's a Bose.
