They do have stuff that's cheap when it's on sale. Specifically good for electronic gadgets. The warranty they offer is just store warranty and not a manufacturer warranty. We got a microwave and it was a good purchase

We had a very good experience at this store. I purchased an iPhone that was draining the battery very fast. I took it back to the store. The customer service person told me to wait as permission had to be taken from the manager to accept the iPhone back. I thought we would go through all the useless exercises associated with returns at other stores and then would be refused the return. But the manager came, asked us what the issue was, and allowed the return. It was just like at Costco. Rather, the manager even apologized for our inconvenience. Great experience.

Unprofessional staff, that weird looking Oriental girl at cashier keeps staring at my husband, in which he laughed/got grossed out a bit. Phone guys make recommendation, but when I ask for specs they dont know. How can you recommend a phone you know nothing about? Alot of the household items are outdated. Plus parking is a nightmare. If youre looking for cheap electronics, just go on ebay. Samsung s4 for 80$ there compared to $140 here.

Don’t buy from factory direct!!!!! Those products won’t last a month, I bought a MacBook Pro there I had to go back three times because the MacBook stopped working they don’t do refunds so you can only do an exchange with an other MacBook. I did an exchange and now the Hardrive is damaged and they sold me a MacBook with a cracked screen!! Service is okay though
