What passes here for customer care is pretty laughable. Called to see if they had a simple printer part. Was on hold a full 25 minutes the first call. Called back and complained. Got the part availability which was in store but in an opened box. When I mentioned that I had found an identical part for less at a competitor and asked would they honour their published price match guarantee, they refused. I pressed the point only to have them spend another 10 minutes of our time and refuse again. Will not be wasting our time with this provider again.

I recently purchased items online that are now on back order (Why it says they were in stock online I have no idea) and came to ask if I could just change my online order to a pick up to this store since I saw they had all of my items in stock. I was unable to reach anyone via customer service over the phone (it says they were open but it just kept ringing for a few minutes and then returning me to the menu). Anyways, I went in to this store to ask about it, but immediately they told me there is nothing they could do about an order I placed online that is shipped to my house. Which is great, that may be policy or whatever. The reason for the one star rating is, the representative didn't even stop what he was doing to assist me, didn't look at me, just told me there was nothing they could do. I spent $1000 dollars on computer parts, I think I deserve more than: "nothing we can do". Now I do understand that they can't do anything directly with online orders - but perhaps they could've given my some customer service, or at least see what the issue I have is before brushing me off like that. Perhaps they could've called customer service for me since no one would pick up for me. Just a generally unpleasant experience at this location, and with Canada Computers in general.

Absolutely horrible, no one knows what they are doing. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks now for a RAM and they can provide me no updates. They keep saying waiting for head office. How can an employee not be able to contact head office? What type of company is this? Never coming here again, told this to everyone I know

Bought a monitor last night. The store had tons of staff on the sales floor. The store didn't have too many customers. I must have walked by at least five sales people. Not one bothered to ask me if I needed help or even appeared to be looking for customers to help. I walked by several that were actively blocking an aisle and were chatting about some video game. I needed a monitor quickly for work because my old one died, otherwise I would have went to a different store. If you're going to have that much staff, at least have them do something. You could get by with less people with the same level of non-service. Prices were OK and the store was well organized. Just would have been nice to have someone point me to the correct sections for cables/etc. instead of spending a few minutes getting my bearings.

If I could, I will give a "0" star. I have had a very bad experience today. We bought a Sam Sung tablet about a day and found out it was defected, brought back to the store for an exchange, the fat guy looked at the receipt, not the tablet, then said it is not their resposibility, and tell me contact Sam Sung for manufacturing defected, I told him we just bought the day before, he also said that even after 5 minutes we paid, it is still not their problems. But we were told by the cashier we can return for an exchange if it is defected by the manufacturing. When I went back the second time demanded for the money back and was willing to pay for the restocking fees, they made all kinds of excuses like the tablet has been dropped or we pressed it too hard ....they simply just did not want to take responsibility of the product they sell... I will not go to this store for electronic items from now on and will tell all my friends and people I know go some where else for a better service and warranty.
