Finally, a place that isn’t overcrowded, has a great staff and best part is Missy. Missy has Workout classes my wife and I attend. Perfect for all ages and strength types. I’m feeling better, more energetic and happy to be active again. Clean, comfortable and having kids, they have an outstanding kids daycare that comes free with membership. My wife and I no longer have excuses.

Great gym! Nice equipment kept in great shape and a friendly staff to help get you started. Highly recommended for beginners or long time gym goers.

Honestly the staff is cool. But its like they cut corners to save money. They have noisy ellipticals that squeeks loud when you on thwm with broke that holds your phone or tablet, they turn the air down to like 50 in the evening. It is new years eve and im trying to get a good workout in while its empty everything you touch is freezing. You cant even sweat. They play the most horrible music. Tomorrow is 2018 and nobody wants to workout to "ROCKING ON A HURRICANE," OR " LIVING ON A PRAYER".  Gym is out dated and needs a makeover. Not just throwing a coat of paint on it. But a real good deep clean.

Good Gym overall, I will take back some of the things I said before as they were unfair. My spouse has filed a complaint, will see what comes of it. The complaint is only about one person who lacks a certain level or professionalism whom works in the child care center. Everything and everyone else seems very nice. There were just many unprofessional and unnecessary actions taken by the one employee.

Also This is an update for a post I made a week ago and any "coincident"  post glorifying a daycare individual days after my original post should be taken into consideration.
