Story

"Welcome to our Rancho San Diego club in La Mesa, CA. At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features. Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for a big event, our club offers a wide variety of gym memberships which you can buy online or in-club.

It's ok. It isn't bad. The second floor has all the weights, a semi-nice view of the lot outside, and it's surrounded by mirrors. You can easily get lost in your muscles and gains. Lol. A little limited in equipment; not many squat racks upstairs. There's some on the first floor, but if there's a class, you're s**t out of luck and have to wait. Lots of cardio equipment on the first floor, and it's always busy. The outside pool and jacuzzi is a different touch. Idk how I feel about that yet. I mean, it's California, so the weather is nice...but your still exposed to the elements and it doesn't feel so private. That's just my take on it.

Nothing is more frustrating than trying to find a restroom and no one will let you use one as a guest when it's 3:30am and nothing else is open. My husband and I were trading cars this morning and he had to use the restroom. The guy behind the counter refused to let him use the restroom and suggested that he go to 7-11. Not a friendly environment. If you want business that is definitely not how to attract it.

Come during peak hours and you will regret it! It stinks, it's suffocating, you don't know who's using what as no one seems to put their weights back where they got them from! I use this gym as it is very close to my house. But I rather come right after work or wait till night. It is usually not so bad when it's not crowded. I have seen staff re-racking weights and cleaning (something they usually don't bother doing during peak hours). It is not the cleanest 24 hour in the area. But it's not the worst either.

Good price, but too busy. I'm looking for another gym now. I can't get my workouts done. Its just too crowded.
