Story

Welcome to our Puente Hills club in Rowland Heights, CA. At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features. Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for a big event, our club offers a wide variety of gym memberships which you can buy online or in-club.

Friendly service and a cool set-up, and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are neat. The equipment is an odd blend of newer and horribly dated, and it's this along with the locker room/bathroom area that really brings this place down. As a whole, that area looks like something out of a knotts scary farm maze; if it had been used for a scene in Saw or something I would not be surprised. Feels absolutely filthy. And why are there pay phones in there? As though a horror movie set wasn't enough, the room has to feel like a prison as well. Props for the staff, towel service(!), and pool area. Other than that, this is one to avoid.

It's your average 24 hour sport. It's as empty as it will get all year, now in december. This place needs better their maintenance, and 24 needs to up their team members. A buddy of mine was constantly harassed by a staff member ally dropping weights abs using chalk, when he was clearly doing the same a few weeks ago. one if The cable machines have been broken for about 2 months now. Anothers cable snapped on me mid rep. All the barbells are bent, and most dumbells are misplaced. The men's bathrooms smell terrible, strong stench of BO. The cleaning person was trying the freshly piss cleaned floors with what looks like a bath towel under a broom.

It's a dirty old place. Need serious updating in the men's changing room. It's always smell of nasty fungus and urine in there. Need to replace all the ancient exercise equiments. Always warm water coming from the fountains. This place is a serious corporate neglect.

I won't be renewing my membership. The "clients" (I'll be PC okay?) that use the men's locker room sit their bare asses on the benches all the time - Dirty. I have brought this up to management but they do nothing. The locker room always smells like human waste and urine, floors dirty, trash everywhere even in the workout areas. The workout area up stairs is horribly configured - way too crowded. Lots of treadmills and steppers that never work. If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would.

I tried out the 3 day pass. The first day I attended I spoke to two different sales reps, I advised them both I would like to try out and explore the gym and make my decisions after. They both cleared me and said I was good to go. The third day I atttended the gym I asked the receptionist for the protocol of signing in, and the receptionist asked for my guest print out and ID i advised her I had no guest printed out for me when I signed up nor was I told to bring an ID. The receptionist made me go back home for an id, I came back and she did not bother even glance at it!
