This is my first challenge completed . When I saw the ad on facebook, I apply immediately. I did not think to much about it. Because the last past months, I gained weight. I was only worry about how my life style would change. So, I vomit my fisrt day after the warm-up but Sarah Alarcon told me; you have to continue, you can do it and you will do it better next time. Next day was booty day with RaulnArteaga who is Dwayne Johnson step-brother lost haha. So while we were doing squats , that time I couldn't stand up. My legs were shaking and I ask him for help. The first week its hard , even more if you not used to workout. I did not notice the difference until my 2nd week. By the 3rd week I lost already the 20 pounds. I couldnt bellieve it, I did so fast. With the help of couches, following the damn instructions, drinking water, discipline and dedication; everything is POSIBLE. IF others were sometimes worse than us, WHY NOT TRY and believe in ourselves. Appreciate the hard work and effort the couches do to help us. I will continue this road like this way.

You're either gonna like it or hate it. If your serious about getting fit, this is the place. The workouts vary, never the same routine twice, you do what you can at your ability with encouragement from the staff
