if i could give this lower than one star i would. So they steal from military! I am active duty. I signed up with my spouse and i placed my account on military freeze for leaving the area for deployment since i couldn't use the gym. I was told it was placed on freeze by the members at the gym. Then i get a phone call from their collections department while on deployment saying i was past due 6 months of payment. i told them i had a email verifying my account was placed on military freeze. They told me i was sent a letter. (which my spouse never revived) I asked why you would send a military member (who is on deployment) a letter and not a phone call or a email... no answer from the rep. I then demand my account be closed. The rep complies and closes my account and my spouse's account after 30 min of arguing. Then he tells me he cant waive the fees which i shouldn't have been charged in the first place, and that they will be dropped after 90 days anyways. i say i want it in writing and the rep says he cannot provide it to me. Finally i give up cuz ya know... im deployed... and end the call..... Fast forward to today (1 day later) and there is a charge for 39.99 in my account from 24 hour fitness. So ya..... think twice before you use this gym and go on deployment.... you might come back owing them a your first born.

Beginning with joining. The young lady who helped me was there for one thing, sign me up. I won't say she was the worse salesperson but completely uninterested with me as opposed to her phone. Then I pay $250 extra for training that they never called me to set up for 3 weeks. ( they got my money, why would they bother?) I finally got to meet with a trainer and I will say she was pretty good. Upon joining, the sales rep told me I was allowed to bring a guest. A couple months later my daughter came to visit for a week after a very traumatic event in her life. I told her to come with me to the gym and just relax in the sauna while I had a workout. The young girl working at the desk informed me that a guest only qualified if they had a local address with ID. (I guess guests are only worthy if they can make money off of them) I explained she went thru an awful event and had no ID with her. She said, well I can't let her in without a managers approval but, she was sure a manager could override it as she said, they have done it before. She called a manager, Gregory, whom I found out later was impersonating himself as a manager and he walked over with a big boy attitude, as if he were "in charge". I started to explain my situation and he looked right at my disheveled daughter and said, your not coming in here. He was horribly rude and just stood there staring at her. I said, "you are being so rude right now" He replied, AND?... Is there anything else I can do for you? We walked out and she burst into tears feeling even worse about herself. I called corporate office to cancel my membership after she left as I didn't want to upset her anymore and they agreed that he was completely out of line and agreed to cancel my membership and refund my last month as well as 3 unused training sessions. The next day I get a call from the gym telling me it's their decision to refund training fees not corporate and, they are not doing it. I called corporate back and he back peddled saying he was sorry that they are refusing to refund but they will be the ones to do it. So virtually I received $37 in refund. Was not refunded the $188 in unused training fees and no apology from anyone at the gym. Nada! These are rude sales driven people whom discriminate without knowing who a person is and what they have been thru. I ran a gym before and this would have never happened. Do not join this gym!

This place is great! The employees are helpful when signing up and the front desk is capable of helping with anything you need! It does get crowded but aside from that it's definitely worth it.

One of the best 24 hour fitnesses in the area. The place is clean, well maintained, with plenty of machines for the members. Staff is friendly and helpful in general.

Usually pretty crowded but you can still get a good workout in. Just wish other people were more inclined to wipe the machines after using them.
