While on travel I dropped into Oxnard CrossFit and spent 3 weeks at the facility and I really enjoyed my time there. The energy there is amazing. The coaches are fun, encouraging, and very interactive with the athletes, paying attention to form and push everyone to do their hardest. All of the athletes and coaches were very welcoming and I felt at home on day one. The facility is well kept, equipment is good shape and easy to access, and the music was great. I cannot thank you all enough for the great experience at your box. You are definitely my go to box whenever I am in town! I am going to miss this place!

Crossfit Oxnard is my "Box away from Home" for sure! I'm originally from Oxnard and whenever I'm in town visiting family there's not a question of where I workout! The coaches are elite and I always pick up something new that will help me perform better and improve in different movements. Everyone there is also very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new Crossfit gym to call home or just dropping in ;)

Love the coaches and the community. However, the gym owner Joe Dahl is a cancer to his own gym. I am an oncology nurse so I know cancer when I see it. He is constantly disrespectful, sexist and rude to not only his coaches/employees but also his members. He increases his prices regularly, and took away membership discounts because people on a budget are not "quality members" to him. He also thinks its funny to throw dog toys at people MID LIFT which is such a safety hazard. Not to mention his dog is constantly running around, interrupting class, peeing on the floor, and leaving dog hair every where. Its unsanitary and unsafe. My family has been members for over two years and I have talked myself out of leaving many times because of my loyalty to the community. But now unfortunately the problems with the owner have forced us to move gyms.

I love working out with the CrossFit Oxnard crew whenever I'm in town (which is pretty often). The coaches here are great, gym is a good size, there is plenty of equipment, and the members are always down to chat with the out-of-towner. I always look forward to visiting!
