We hired Jeff to tear down our garage in a confined area. He did it in a very swift and professional manner. He surprisingly completed this project in 5 1/2 hours. The roof had collapsed and he was very helpful gathering several items we wanted to save. He was very reasonable and we were very pleased that he cleaned up so well after the project was completed. We would use him again.

Out of 4 companies I called, only 3-D Construction Enterprises (3-D) came out to view my inground concrete pool and give me a proposal to completely remove it.   
I could tell Jeff from 3-D knew how to remove a pool by his straight answers and time estimate.  
The rest of the companies only gave me a phone quote stating it would be a minimum of…,  and they wavered as to the duration and the refilling questions.  

So I hired 3-D, and Jeff and his helper, came out and in 3 days removed my pool, back filled with clean dirt and packed it down with a 10K lbs Bobcat.  

The city of St Pete permit only required a final inspection at the end and it approved the work.   

Very well done, thank you Jeff for the excellent job.

Just want to say that 3-D did a wonderful job removing my pool. He was considerably cheaper than the other company's we called. Good job Mr. Jeff B..
