We are from Germany, found that Truck on Instagram and decided to go there at our last night at Vegas. We were looking for authentic, good food. Not like the restaurants on strip, which are made for tourists. And we were so happy for our decision. The food is great, the owner so friendly and helpful and a lot of locals seems to love it, too. If you are looking for good authentic food, go there! You won't regret it.

By far one of the best food trucks I've experienced! From the customer service to the food itself, everything was a 10/10! Well worth the wait. Everything was described to the T, all questions answered without hesitation. The prices were great and serving sizes even greater.  I will definitely be back for that Philly !

I love a great place to grab a bite to eat that has a great location, great crowd vibe, and of course awesome flavors that make your taste buds feel automatically welcomed back! My husband and I came by for a second time within the first few days of trying them ! The STAR item of their menu I would have to say is the Green Chile Burrito as it steals the show in these pictures too lol It’s hard to find a place here in Vegas that serves up a mild flavorful green hatch Chile and if you know anything about flavor this burrito is where it’s at! Go check them out, highly recommended! You can check their times and location spots by visiting their Instagram page just look them up by their name. We also tried their sweet cornbread muffins amazingly buttery & moist and their crème filled churros. For the Ladies I also recommend you try their Prickly Pear Juice, I personally would like the option of multiple sizes for this drink because it’s that good y’all! Cheers !

The cheesecake with the jam sheeesh it’s a must have not gonna lie. I was skeptical of the jam but it changes the game for sure. Well done my good sir. The tiramisu was super rich with flavor and savory with each and every bite. The best I’ve had in awhile. The Philly curry fries was delicious as far as flavor goes. My only semi complaint is there wasn’t enough meat. But boyyy that flavor in each bite with the sauce is out of this world. My girl loved one of the drinks forgot the name and the limeade was my favorite. If your in Vegas and willing to wait. This place is a must stop. Shout out to the owner and being personable with each customer. I’m appreciative of it.

The owners of this food truck are so amazing! Very friendly and really fun to chat with! I ordered the Philly Cutty Fries, the Philly Cheesesteak meal, and a Canoli! All were very delicious. Will most definitely be coming back soon!

I stood in the nearly freezing cold outside for this food.  I showed up and ordered dinner at nearly 10:00 p.m. For this food.  I paid almost $50 by myself for this food.  With all of that said the cold weather, the time, the price, this food was definitely worth it.  You start by walking up to the food truck looking at the menu and for many people trying to figure out "What did that Keith guy from Tik Tok order?" Even if you did not find the food truck from Keith's review the worker at the window is incredibly helpful and has no problems answering any questions or making suggestions.  The worker greeted me with a smile, enthusiasm, and overall very friendly and helpful.  I ordered the Cracklin Fried Chicken Fries, Cheesecake Sandwich "In the Cut style", and Pear Cutty Juice  Chicken fries: 8.9/10 this dish was very well seasoned. The chicken was delicious. There was a mix of chicken and fried chicken pieces which added a nice texture change. Half of the dish is covered in one sauce and the other half in another sauce. Half of the dish had some sort of a cheesy type of material on the fries and I had a handful of fries that had none of that cheesy sauce. I think that sauce is only used on half of the dish. Either way, I wish that sauce was used on the whole dish. That is my only complaint. Otherwise this dish would be perfect!  Cheesecake Sandwich: 8/10 okay so I ordered this with the understanding that somebody that I know makes a perfect homemade from complete scratch cheesecake that in my book is a 10 out of 10. It takes multiple days to make and is the example in bar that I set when comparing other cheesecakes. In my mind this cheesecake was not very firm, it was more light and fluffy. Flavor was good. Overall though, for it being something that is advertised as a sandwich I would have expected this to be a more firm cheesecake. When I tried to bite into it, it falls apart immediately. So I give this an 8 out of 10. It's a very good cheesecake but I think there is some room to improve.  Pear Cutty Juice: 10/10 I never thought that I would give a drink a rating but here I am. This drink is fantastic. It is absolutely amazing and I cannot think of something that I would have them change to improve it. My first sip of it was absolute shock and I want to learn how to make it myself because I don't live in Las Vegas and I need this back at home. It is absolutely refreshing. It is a sweet drink and it pairs very well with the food offered at this place.  The service provided was great. The wait was not long. The price was steep. Overall the restaurant was fantastic and I will definitely be returning in the future if I come back in town.  The next time I would come to this restaurant I would order the burrito as it looked amazing. I would not get the cheesecake again just because I know I have other cheesecakes that are better, but again this cheesecake is really good. I would definitely get the drink again.

Really good food. Green Chile Burrito was incredible. Fried chicken fries were perfect. They weren't even soggy from being in the container until we got back to the hotel. I asked for 1 of each sauce, they were all delicious. Then the prickly pear drink... let's just say I was kinda upset I just got one. It was gone by the end of the Uber ride.  While we were waiting...we witnessed the humbling appreciation he who we believe the owner is has for his employees. Emphasizing how well of a job they do. It was the end of their night and they were still pleasant. That's hard to find... especially in New Jersey.  If/when we come back to Vegas... definitely stopping back at 303 in the cut.

I went to their food truck at Lee's and they ran out of chicken. She substituted for shaved rib eye and it was so tasty. A really good quesadilla and their fries were very well seasoned. Sauce was good as well. Happy I chose this their food truck.

303 In the Cut lived up to the hype. I got there 30 minutes before open to avoid the line. I was first but at open time there was a good 30 people waiting. Friday Night The owner came out and greeted me. Follow him on TikTok he has some really good content about his journey. You can tell he is a genuine guy who works hard to make the best product. I got to see his interactions with  his employees and it was all laughs and smiles .They know what they are doing.  I ordered the Crackin Chicken Fries. The chicken has a great crunch and it’s  seasoned perfectly. The sauces are just delicious. My daughter said Canes and Chic Fil La take notice. They need to bottle this stuff. The portions were big enough for us to share. The green chili burrito is a must order. The outside tortilla has a crisp and the Smokey chicken and green chili sauce complemented each other. I ordered the tiramisu, cheese cake sandwich with the sauce, and peanut butter cannoli. All of it was delicious. I’ve never had cannoli and if you like peanut butter flavor this is for you. The cheesecake was incredibly good and the sauce made it even better. The tiramisu was light and had a really good flavor. High end restaurant quality for sure. I had the prickly pear lemonade and he warned me it was tart. I love tart and it was perfect to wash down the burrito. It cleansed my mouth and reset for my next bite.  I understand that some people wait hours for this food and it’s worth it. If you are in line talk to the people next to you. I had conversations with regulars and first timers. It’s part of the experience. I will definitely come back when I visit Vegas.

I am from the 303 myself and have been looking for some food similar to what I grew up with. The cutty fries with the hatch chile, are the best I have ever had. Met the owner and we chatted about the menu and about CO. Much appreciated and my family will frequent your food truck.
