Misleading Ben ... called at 1:15 to ask about an alignment. Benjamin said they had time. Understood that to mean I would not have to drop it off. Got here 45min later... and said couldn't get the car back until 7! Really dude? You should have said that when I spoke to you on the phone so as to not waste a trip up here!!

I went to this location on 10/8/17.  It was raining, & I had to change a flat tire , put on the spare, & drive it to Firestone to get new tires.  Kyla, Manager, was more than helpful.  She was courteous, friendly, & I didn't feel that I was getting gauged.  The work was done promptly, & she did a great job of explaining the charges.  I left feeling like I got a new place to bring my car for auto work.  They earned my trust, which can be hard to do in this business.  Thanks, Kyla!

Firestone has been my place for tires since 2014 & the personnel is friendly & the service is very fast.  They let you know the status of your repairs.  I live in L'ville & I go all the way to Driud Hills Firestone for my service.  JCarter

I went in to firestone not knowing what was wrong with my car.  All I knew was that there was a loud noise coming from it when I drove at high speeds and that I was also in need of an oil change.  When I got there, I spoke with Kyla.  I told her that I had no idea what was wrong and also inquired about the differences in oil types.  I was clueless as to which would service my truck the best.  I completely opened myself up to be fully taken advantage of in an less professional environment.  Thankfully, I wasn't in one.  Kyla was honest about which oil specifically would cater to my GMC. She didn't try to upsell me or "get over on me".  When it came time to address the noise in my truck, she was honest and recommended several options.  Not once did I feel pressured.  Getting my car serviced has always been a scary task because I am so ill informed when it comes to automobiles.  From start to finish, Kyla truly earned my respect, my trust, and consequently, all my future business.  I didn't once feel like I was at just another chain auto care center, but I felt like I had my own personal mechanic. At this point, I can't imagine allowing anyone else handle all of my car maintenance needs.  Thanks Kyla you were incredible.

Took my car in for a simple oil change. They left my oil cap loose and the oil leaked out of my car, ruining the engine. I can guarantee you I won't be returning to have it fixed lest they ruin something else. If you can't do a simple oil change correctly, then why are you even a mechanic?
