My wife and I stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon.  The Stromboli was one of the best I've ever had and my wife said her pizza was excellent.  It did take longer than expected to get the food but it was worth the wait.  We considered getting the salad bar but it is a very minimal salad bar so we decided against it.  Based upon our experience, I'd recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I've been there MANY times over the years, so I feel I have enough experiences to warrant writing a review.  While I'd LOVE to support this place, I just cannot.  

Their pizza is uninspiring, with minimal toppings and a sweet sauce that tastes of nothing more than tomato puree.  The pasta dishes I've tried use this same sweet, bland sauce on top of pasta.

But their salad bar, oh the salad bar... it's atrocious.  Lettuce last night was browning on the edges.  From the fruit to the pasta salad and the 3 bean salad all looked to have come out of a can.  

For some reason, my kids love the idea of a salad bar.  However, they do not include a trip to it on any kids menu item.  Nor is there a friendly price for kids to take a trip to the salad bar.  So you have to not only pay for your kids meal, but then pay full price for them to visit the salad bar.  My one son had 4 slices of peaches and a bag of oyster crackers for $3.99.  My other son grabbed a tablespoon of shredded cheese, 4 pieces of pineapple and a hard-boiled egg for another 3.99.  But their STRICT policy is if you stand at the salad bar, you get charged.  How about a price for kids who likely aren't going to fill their plates with a salad?  The novelty of the salad bar is the reason they want to go there (we all know it's not the great pizza), why not have a reasonable price to add a trip to a kids menu item?

And I always found it odd that when folks order the salad bar as their meal, they don't get a full plate.  They are forced to use the tiny saucers for their meal.
  
I'm over giving them a chance.  Bad pizza, horrible salad bar, and a dirty environment all add up to an experience leaving you wondering why you didn't just stay home and cook.

My family and I went to this restaurant around Christmas.  We had spent all day at Universal and wanted to eat quickly.  As we have regularly shopped in Winter  Garden, we had noticed this pizza place and decided today was the day to give it a try.  When we arrived, it was super busy.  Although they were on a wait, we were seated quickly.  Once seated we were greeted promptly and hospitably.  My family ordered pizza and I ordered the all you can eat soup and salad bar.  I noticed on my first trip that the bar ingredients were dwindling and there were items in the ice.  By the time I went for my next trip, all items had been replenished and the ice had been tidied up.  The staff mostly looked like teenagers and they all seemed to be well trained and busy working as opposed to many other places where employees in this age group seem to be busy socializing.  My family ate the pizza and wings and said it was wonderful.  As described earlier, we had been at Universal all day and were not looking for a dining experience, we were not disappointed.  We were in and out within 30 minutes.  I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The pizza was great, but the salad bar was not. For an italian pizzeria, I'd expected more variety. The waitress was terrible. We went between lunch & dinner (so not a peak business time). She never came back to check on us. I went with my mom, and her glass was empty so long that I finally got up to go refill it myself. The manager saw me up there and refilled it for me. The only time she came quickly was to retrieve payment after giving us the check. I left her a penny tip. I will never go back there again.

Rude, immature, disrespectful staff. Sub par, overpriced, and way too salty food. The absolute worst experience I have had at a restaurant since living in Winter Garden. They are simply terrible. And their dining area is way too hot.
