I have known Cool Way Direct Owners and Managers since April 2013.  They have been and are still Tenants in our building and have maintained a very professional business during this period of time.  The Owner and Manager are very pleasant and professional to work with as well as the other Staff Members.  I have also noticed that they have a very good relationship with the other Tenants in our buildings and they are well thought of.

I’ve been working at Cool Way for close to five years and I finally found a home I can retire at. The communication and winning attitude makes me happy to be a part of the team. When ever I have an HR problem, the girls are patient and explain everything to me thoroughly. The pay is a competitive and it’s an laid back environment.

I have been dealing with Cool Way Direct for several years. I find them to always be reliable in terms of delivering what they say they're going to deliver, they are always congenial and available when they need to be reached. I would have no qualms about recommending this company to provide your trucking and transportation needs.

I am a current driver for Cool Way, saw the reviews, and decided to set the record straight. First off, I have NO idea what the people who are writing the negative reviews are talking about. I have ALWAYS been treated with both kindness and respect. The company runs 100% legal, has excellent and very well maintained equipment (every truck is governed at 70 mph, has an APU, AND refrigerator). They have never failed to get me home when scheduled (and at times have gone above and beyond what’s expected so I did get home on the day they promised).  

We are paid a salary that’s above the standard for the industry (I don’t worry about my pay because I’m stuck at a shipper, have to shut down for bad weather, or anything other company drivers go through). I get paid while I’m on home time! Plus they pay 100% of my health insurance. 

Anyone who is truely a professional driver will be happy and find a good home here.

Wow! I was very surprised to see the negative comments from previous employees. I've been with Cool Way for a while now and I love it. The ladies in the office are awesome to work with and I often hear great words about our company and it's people from our customers too.
