I called to order a sandwich and asked if the rolls were hard or soft, the guy didn't know what a roll was, I had to explain a roll is what you put the meats and cheese on, then he asked me if it was like bread. I ordered my sandwich, chicken salad on a soft roll with lettuce only. Then he asked me if I wanted my chicken grilled or crispy?. I had to explain that chicken salad doesn't get grilled or crispy, its a salad . It gets placed onto the roll, not grilled or made crispy. The price on the menu was $6.95 which is pricey for a small sandwich but its what I was looking forward to so I was willing to pay the price. Then he told me the price was in fact, $11.50 and not $6.95 as stated on their menu. I thought he was mistaken and told him the menu stated it was $6.95 for a small but he told me they don't have small sandwiches, they only have large. When I asked him why the menu states a different price, he became silent. After all the stress of just trying to order a small chicken salad and dealing with such highly unprofessional and disrespectful people, I told him to forget the order, I had lost my appetite. I think I knew better than to order from this place but hunger got the best of me so I relented and thought they couldn't possibly screw up a small chicken salad sandwich, however, just the moron taking the orders had no freaking idea how to do his job. Now I see why people tell me to never order from there, I will never, ever order from them again. Save your money, go to Ninos or Silver Lake pizza.

Long time patron.

I called at 9:45 PM. I called back at 11:45 PM. They told me they called, but despite giving my apartment number, they definitely never knocked.

Refused to bring my food back. Refused even a small discount. I was told I was talking to the owner's son. I asked if the delivery drivers didnt have to knock on the door (since when do they not have to!?). Dude said, "Sorry. We called."

Then drove away.

I ordered long time ago and the service wasn’t the best-  I went back and gave them another chance— what an improvement - pizza was better than other pizza places around here.  I will definitely order again. -  great service.

The food is okay, the fish and chips are really good ESPECIALLY on Fridays but the service? Some of these kids at the front don't know the first thing about being professional. They are clearly family members and that's why they don't know how to behave in certain situations. I.e. What's appropriate and what's not. Hate to leave this kinda feedback but it's the truth.

I used to order from five herb daily through the grub hub app until i didn't receive 2 consecutive orders and was told both times that the orders were on their way. I had to call the next day to get refunded,  and i was told they have a problem with their delivery guy. Haven't ordered since.  The food is good if it eventually shows up.
