Your food is good, but that's where the positive review ends.

The prices they charge are insane, nearly $20 to deliver a SMALL gluten-free pizza? That's the most outrageous pricing I've ever heard especially when your menu says a gluten-free pizza is $9.99.

The delivery time is also insane. The business I order from is less than 10 mins away from your restaurant and I'm told it will be 40 mins. I WISH it was 40 mins but somehow it's always nearly an hour and a half.

To end my little rant, your customer service is absolute garbage. You'd think they would want the business but every time I call in they make it sound like I'm bothering them by trying to order their food. I mean, who sighs when you answer the phone? And god forbid you call to ask why it's been 90 minutes to get your food, guaranteed to get an attitude from them.

I have never had so many issues with food delivery as I do with you. Every order has an issue, whether it be no vinegar/ ketchup in the bag (but listed on the receipt), no extra chicken or salad dressing that you are charged for; or a sandwich/salad not made according to the menu (ie, Asian Salad with no noodles; Italian Grinder with no oil/vinegar). This is a family business not a FRANCHISE, although it's run like a franchise with no consistency.

I understand every now and then an order may not be perfect (as no-one is perfect and mistakes do happen) but these mistakes happen on a weekly basis.
And to add more salt to the wound, when you call and complain about the delivery order the excuse is " WE ARE VERY BUSY." 

I have had numerous conversations with AnnMarie who has asked me on several occasions to give Nino's another chance as we cannot afford to loose you as a customer; and as usual I give them another chance.

However today was the last time I will be ordering from Nino's. There is a lot of good pizza establishments within the area and it's time to bring my business elsewhere. It's obvious Nino's does not care about the customers as there has been no signs of improvement.

Fabulous food.,great delivery.,  order online for pick up and delivery which we use often.  I often get coupons emailed to me.  I have rewards cards with rewards that accrue over time and have received dollars off or added side dishes.  The food is delicious & 
outdoor seating is available.  I ❤ NINOS.  THE BEST 😊

Just came from yet another great dining experience at Nino's - they were wonderful in accommodating the party of 8 of me and my family and provided us with a wonderful array of delicious food throughout our visit. Besides the outstanding food we were also fortunate to have an outstanding server -ANN MARIE - she went out of her way on a very busy Saturday night to anticipate all our many drink and food needs as well as never failing to keep our table laughing!
