I've been going to Boomerang Deli since they first opened. I was usually satisfied with the food, nothing spectacular but not bad. Recently though the food has gone way down hill. I went from ordering literally 3-4 times a week to once or twice a month. My last order was horrible, inedible... When I called they sent the delivery driver to pick up the food and offered two free replacement meals for next time. The delivery driver/cook apologized profusely and even said the burgers were so bad because they ran out and had to buy meat and cheese at a local store. I accepted the apology. Until I called a week later to get my 'free replacement meals' and was told that because we took bites of the food that they would not be replacing our meals after all. The women on the phone identified herself as the 'owner' and was very, very rude. I told them when I first called that we tried the food, obviously... that's how we knew how bad it was. They have lost a few good customers by being so rude and taking back what they offered.

I absolutely love Boomerangs Deli!! The food is fresh, hot and amazing. I passed by this  place a couple times before I ate there. At first it didn't look like a good place. I saw a sign that said clam cakes and I thought that there is no way they can be any good. Well I tried them and LOVE them. I am so happy that I found a place that not only sells clam cakes but delivers them!!! This place is never greasy.  If you ever have their buffalo wings ask for blue cheese! They make it there and it is to die for, it even has chunks of blue cheese right in it. This is my #1 take out place by far. The only thing wrong with this place? They aren't  open on Sundays and the rest of the week they close at 8pm. But the food is still amazing! And the people are great too. I ordered Boomerangs during a winter storm and they were open AND delivered ! On top of that my 'front' door is in the back and they walk all the way to my door to hand me the food, even on that snowy day! Eat here you won't regret it!

Worst food I have ever ate. I threw away my food after one bite. Never order from here.

Been ordering since they opened,ordering 3 to 4 times a week. last week I got 2 awful cheeseburger deluxe meals. I  took 2 bites and could not eat it. The meat was horrible and the cheese was thick and pasty, 8 onion rings and a handful of fries to make it worse the onion rings were mushy and inedible. They picked up the meals,the driver who said he cooks 4 nights a week couldn't apologize enough saying that they ran out of hamburgers and cheese and had to go get some at a local market. I couldn't eat anything else that night because those 2 bites made me nauseous. 
They offered us 2 free meals for next time. I just called to order and was refused the replacements by a rude woman saying she was the owner, there was no woman there the night of our order ,yet she said she saw them when they were brought back.She also said that the meals were eaten which was a total lie. Why would I have them pick up 2 eaten meals?????? They should be ashamed to treat their customers that way. Worst ever treatment!!!! And when did the owner become a woman anyhow?  I am mortified that the food was that bad and more so by the way I was treated. Shame on you Boomerang Deli.
