Great place. My wife and I went and got the body weight check. Got a meal plan and some basic advice. We were recommended to eat healthier, workout consistently, and weigh in every two weeks for accountability. Nate was great. I'm optimistic working with them.

I first visited 5 star at the end of March.  The store was fairly busy, but the staff made sure to make time to greet me, show me around, do the body analysis, and draw up a meal plan for me.  I was given a few samples of their products to try.  I purchased some protein and BCAAs.  Today I came back to do another body analysis to see if I'm losing muscle mass.  Due to the holiday weekend, the store isn't as busy.  Fortunately for me, this meant I could hold Nate hostage and ask 1,000 questions.  We discussed the results of my body analysis, my current food intake, exercise regimen, and goals.  I've always been the person to follow instructions, rather than truly understand the reason behind specific meal plans, etc.  Nate is very helpful -
knowledgeable, patient, professional, and friendly.  He was glad I wanted to actually understand so I can successfully apply these lifestyle changes, rather than need so much structure I can't make decisions on my own.  Nate also made sure to greet every customer that walked through the door and help with their needs.  

This place is called 5 star nutrition for a reason.  I 100% recommend you check them out.

The staff was extremely helpful and walked me through everything. All the products are for your best performance and that's the best part. They also make sure to only pitch what they think will help you.
