Before purchasing my 2017 CR-V, I conducted serious research. Brandon responded quickly through email with the best price out of multiple dealerships. Brandon always responded within the hour, and he was patient with me as I asked many questions about price and features. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Brandon greeted us and went above and beyond to show us the features of the car and get us on the road. Earl, the sales manager, provided me the documentation that I needed even before I entered the dealership. They worked with me virtually for one week before I came into the dealership to sign the paperwork. When we arrived, he introduced himself and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Joe informed us about all the warranty options available and gave us time to make our decision. He made it easy to sign everything, and my wife and I were done in a 2-hour time frame. Overall, my experience was 5-star. I highly recommend Ourisman Honda Volkswagen of Laurel!

Had the pleasure of buying a car from Ramon today. I had been in communication with several other Honda dealers in the area, and I chose Ourisman Honda of Laurel because Ramon (and others on the Ourisman team) were much more communicative and honest than any of the other dealerships I had been negotiating with. By the time I arrived to the dealership, the paperwork was ready to go, with the exact negotiated price, and they didn't waste my time with overly-aggressive or sleazy sales tactics. It was the best experience at an auto dealer that I've had to date. Will definitely give them my repeat business next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

Ms. Dona was awesome as always. And I have received free oil change service because I left feedback back in April. I left positive feedback from good service. You deserved it. I know customer service is hard.. Thank you. And i hope I don't see no more tire light!

Top notch customer service! Also extremely fast oil change! My only issue (though not a major one for me personally) was that the inside of my car had a certain gas-like smell after the service. That said, I know the technicians do all forms of work during the day on other cars. So for me personally, I understand that these sort of things happen. And it honestly wasn't a big deal for me. I simply drove with my windows down for 10 or 15 minutes (and the weather was amazing btw) and the smell was mostly gone.

Sales are fine. It is the service department that got me to give low rating. I brought my 2001 Accord at the time for a check engine issue. They diagnosed it as front and rear oxygen sensors in need to be replaced. The price - parts and labor - was a whopping $1,036. I did some research and never found anything like it (results went to no higher than $250) for the replacement of two oxygen sensors. I know that dealerships mark up their prices but that was way over the top. It felt like they thought I was an uneducated idiot who would pay any price they would quote me. When it comes to service I will never visit that dealership again. When it comes to sales, I would rather work with Ramon. He is really good and knowledgeable of the product.
