Poor service, little attention to detail. After an oil change and new tires, I found oil dripped on my manifold cover and greasy hand prints on my rims. I spent the morning cleaning the rims so they look nice after getting new tires. This makes me worry about the quality of the service of items I cannot check.I’ll spend time checking the lug nuts and if the oil was actually changed after paying what seemed like premium prices. Go out in town, off post, for your service.

Great service provided by this location. James, the manager, is always attentive and ensures customer satisfaction every time. Highly recommended.

After waiting in the lobby while someone else was complaining about their service, I then waited longer while the employee answered two phone calls and did not acknowledge my presence. I walked out. Will not be attempting to go there again.

So I have gotten oil changes, tires on my wifes minivan, and some repairs done here before but nothing ever seemed bad or special about the place but this time I went to get a price on some mud tires for my truck and its a long story but the manager is about one of the coolest dudes I have ever seen. There was some dude out front with this pep boys special looking car, with like 100 deer whistles on, it wearing some pawnshop fresh looking fake gold chains obviously trying to hustle this other dude in a blue shirt out of something, not even sure what so I leaned on the wall lit my swish and enjoyed the show cause I thought for sure the dude being hustled would straight knock the other dude out. He was talking some serious bull about some rims on his car getting scratched when he was there 6 months ago. All types of loud saying they cost $800 when they were like some $75 each  from ebay junk. Dude in the blue shirt just kept telling him to be real that there was no way they scratched his junk 6 months ago and its just now noticable and speaking all calm and stuff but not backing down. Anyhow thats when I recognized the dude in the blue shirt was an employee and that no one was gonna get knocked out so I went in to get my tire price. The employee some how kept his composure the whole time and was very cool and calm, wish I got his name cause dude was totally chill while this husltler guy was just acting up the whole time. I would have had to reach across and smacked him. Anyhow I got my tire price which was AAFES pricing so it was fair, not great but didn't suck. I can use star card there so I'll buy em next month.  I had to ask the girl that gave me the price who dude in the blue shirt was and she said the manager. I never wrote a review because the shop was always about what I'd expect....drop off, get work done, pay bill, never had a problem but like I said nothing ever stood out....but my man was so cool outside dealing with that situation this time it stood out. Much props manager guy. I am bummed there was no Friday moment because the skinny kid working in the shop there looked like he coulda been the white Smokey...."damn you got knocked the f*** out" and the dude inside at the counter totally coulda passed for big worm.

they accept only 5quarts of used oil at a time??  good for all the 4cy cars out there, barely.  thanks for nothing.
