This is the most Rude restaurant! Called to place an order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called on another cell phone, the manager John answered and told me to hold on. Then the bartender picked up the call and said the kitchen was closed. The manager John tried to mouth off about he was the one that put me on hold and it was only 5 minutes. But I clearly let him know that I called from another phone and it was merely 20 minutes. This sucks because I really like the rattlesnake pasta. I am never going to this restaurant again. Customer Service Sucks!

Amazing service and amazing food. Ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and there was a mushroom in it and I'm allergic. They replaced my meal without vegetables and removed it from the bill. Our waiter was Craig and he was excellent.

Very bad experience manager on nights was extremely rude to myself and friends when we brought to his attention some things we were not pleased with asked for corporate number and he wrote down the wrong number on a piece of a paper as if I didn't know the correct number would be on the receipt finally got a chance to speak with a corporate manager yesterday and he blew off everything I said because his manager emailed him the same night (which was a sat) and told him I called him a white MF and some other derogatory names (which is all a lie) so basically the corporate manager told me I was a liar !! But if the manager at 54th felt he hadn't done anything wrong why write down a wrong number to your corporate office and then why go and make a fabricated story just to cover your ass I'm sure if we really said those things we would have been asked to leave. I go to 54th all the time it's actually one of my favorite restaurants and I've never had a problem there and also told that to the corporate manager I can't believe the way I was treated and how they both just blew me off I will never eat here again

Sat at the bar and was greeted timely. I was given a menu and then basically ignored until I flagged one if the bartenders down (3of them). Finally was able to order a beer, just about finished it before I was finally asked if I wanted to order food. I did reluctantly. Ordered the bubby Gump shrimp. Shrimp over salted, fries were ok, and the Cole slaw was decent. But service sucked big time and the restaurant is 1 step above an applebees. Wouldn't go back.

Food is always subpart and the service is right there with it. I've gone 3 times and always thought it would be better but it has gotten worse. Will not be going back
