Julie was a pleasure to work with and made the moving in and out as simple as can be. A very pleasant woman to speak to and definitely makes using a self-storage a simple process!

There lots of great things to say about 58th and Ward rd. storage facility . I've been storing here for about 2 yrs. this facility is so reasonable in pricing that I had to get on a waiting list to get my units . But I'm guess everyone in Arvada knows this is the best place to store being there is a list to get in .The Lady that works in the office  is wonderful shes always so polite and willing to help , my son calls Julie the Jolly Rancher lady because she always offers him a piece of candy when we go there ,very personable service . I want to start off by stating I have never had problems until recently. I have never had to complain or be complained on, i have always paid my bill. My entire life is in that storage. I recently had an issue with VISA cancelling my credit card. I was not aware and i went online to pay my storage. No issues i was aware of. I was informed the storage called my mother stating i owed a late fee. I was never notified to my knowledge that my credit card declined. 7 days later they call to say i owe them a late fee. I promptly and politely called them to clear my balance up. The lady who answered Julie i believe was her name, was extremely rude. I tried to talk and explain the situation and to pay my balance she interrupted me when i spoke, talked over me and used negative word choice. I work in customer service also and i believe the way i was treated was awful. I called to pay my balance and was treated with disrespect and was allowed to speak without interruption. That is not how you treat your paying customers! Very rude. I use this place out of convenience not for the service luckily.

This storage facility is convenient for me.  It's very well managed with excellent security and maintenance.  Prices are also competitive, if not somewhat less than the major storage chains.
This is what you look for in a storage facility.  Recommended.
