We've been storing our camper here since 2006. Ken (and his family) have always been very helpful and responsive whenever we needed them. Recently there was a severe hail storm that damaged our camper badly -- including the breakage of windows, top vent/sky light, etc. We live on the west side of Arvada and didn't know that this east side was even affected. I received a call from Ken the morning after telling me of my camper's damage. This was totally voluntary on Ken's part, and not required by any agreement or rental contract. Then, he went above and beyond by stating that he would also try to weather-proof our camper as we were expecting more rain and severe weather -- again voluntarily! When my wife and I arrived there in the evening to inspect the damage, we found the windows, sky light, etc. all covered and secured with heavy duty plastic and tape. Neither Ken nor his family would accept any payment for this action or materials! Truly above and beyond, whereas we aware of other storage places merely offering their patrons to purchase plastic, tape, tarps and ropes, and also that the patrons were reminded to "clean up the mess" around their stored units!?! In this day and age of MAYBE receiving good service from a provider, this is one example of True customer service, and actual caring about their customers and the properties entrusted to them!! Whenever asked, I have and will continue, to recommend AAA Discount Storage to anyone without hesitation! A customer may forget a name, or what was said or done during an interaction, but they will always remember how the provider made them feel. Amidst the damage and unknown expense we've incurred from this hail storm, my wife and I actually felt much better when we left Ken's place, than when we first arrived. Thank you Ken (and your family) for taking such good care of us, and your other patrons!!!

I had my 13 foot tow behind trailer w Ken at AAA for about 6 months. I never had a problem with the automatic payment. They always returned my calls. Do you remember that golf ball hail storm last week? Without hesitation AAA boarded up my damaged windows and called me to inform of the exact damage. Professional, courteous; after this summer's adventure I'll be sure to bring my trailer back to AAA.

Stored with them for almost 2 years. Never had an issue with them and felt my stuff was secure. Loved the service and attentiveness of owners.

Found Ken to be very helpful. His storage units may not be state of the art but they serve a purpose at a cheaper price. Only issue I had was the hours it was open. Just depends on your needs. I recommend AAA.

Privately owned I'm guessing since it seems to be located on someone's property. Storage units look home made.... Hard to get a hold of the owner his phone number was disconnected.
