Marshall and JoAnn, the new management team that has taken over for Jackie (previous manager) have turned this place into a real sh*thole. They are rude, ignorant, uneducated, and extremely unprofessional. They issue late fees early and there is nothing you can do because they hold hostage your storage unit and its' contents. They also do not honor previous contracts and look for any reason, real or imagined to lock you out and begin accessing fees for any direction the wind blows. And speaking of things that blow, that would be the current management at Apollo. If you value your items do not put them in the Apollo Storage Facility. If I wasn't such a peaceful person I would physically beat the living daylight out those two, a couple of carnies.

I had my rate increase 380%. Seems a bit outrageous doesn't it? I'm leaving Apoloo and not a second too soon.
