I went today to this place because I had a problem and I waited almost two hours before I saw the doctor because he was the only one back there. Both of the ladies at the front were nice, but the lady with the heavy accent made me very uncomfortable because she kept calling me by my first and last name. The man I saw was Manuel Enrique Lugo, who was so RUDE! He was very disrespectful and did not like the fact that I asked him questions. He has a thick accent, which was hard for me to understand, so I would ask questions to make sure that I understood what he said, but he kept telling me "you are not listening" and "I just said that." I know he said something, but I had a hard time understanding him. He is the rudest and worst person I have ever met as a PA or MD. I have never encountered such a rude and arrogant doctor before in my life. I will never go back there again because I would hate to have this man as my attending physician.

I usually don't have enough time for taking appointments and waiting in long queues to see a doctor, I found this practice on google, and without any appointments I popped in the clinic and was seen right away with no problem. also as they do blood test in the clinic I didn't need to go and find another place for that. In compare to other private clinics that I have been, you pay less. They work very fast and the girls in the front were really nice and the nurse as well the doctor i saw was manuel lugo and he was also very sweet and he took his time to explain everything to me I recommend this clinic will definitely keep coming back ...

After reading the comments i decided to give this place a try. $59 walk-in to see my infected ear. $100 for medication. I strobgly recommend other locations.

Was on holiday in Orlando when my young daughter developed really bad earache. Went to one of the Centra Care clinics and they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to see a Doctor, I accepted that I would just have to pay the excess on my travel insurance (which was quite high itself) and do it that way. They then wouldn’t accept my insurance as the company was UK based and didn’t have a US billing address. I then found this place online and would highly recommend it. Cost me $59 for her to be checked over by a Doctor who prescribed antibiotics and ear drops, the medication was free. Didn’t take long and all the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Exactly what I needed.

I took my son to the clinic and Dr. MANUEL Lugo saw him. He diagnosed him with bronchitis and they gave him a shot. When we went back to the waiting room to pay . My son sat down and as I was paying he passed out and fell out of the chair. We all ran over to see about him and they secretaries were calling the dr. He came out and rubbed his chest and he came to. He sat him in a chair and put a bag over his head and had him breathe. He then began to say ,”that he just passed out from being scared. He told him you are a man , you shouldn’t be a coward. You have to be strong.” Other patients were standing around and he said to a little girl,” Would you like to marry a coward like him?” My son stood up and went outside to the car mortified! Needless to say I was furious. My son had just passed out and when he came to he didn’t even know what happened then he is told he is a coward. I left and called them and asked to speak to the dr. At first the secretary said the dr did not receive calls from patients. I said,” my son just passed out and now the Dr. will not speak to me.” I called back and the Dr got on the phone. I told him,” I did not appreciate him calling my son a coward. That he was not a coward he just got dizzy from the shot.” He said ,”he was only joking when he called him a coward and was trying to build his self esteem.” And I said ,”you don’t do that by humiliating someone. “I was outraged by the things the dr said and the humiliation he put my son through. When I called to complain. He never offered an apology or admitted he was wrong . I hung up and will never go back there again!
