HORRIBLE DOCTORS OFFICE! It was always something when I went there, always another reason for me to come in. I went for my yearly exam and they couldn't do that properly, messed up the exam and told me I had to come back in 3 months to do it all over again. I saw 3 different doctors hoping 1 would be a little more professional than the other... nope! Once entered the room, didn't even acknowledge that I was in the room and started to text on her phone like I wasn't even in the room. Very very unprofessional. It is so hard to find good doctors these days, this office is more focused on collecting money than their patients needs. They also charge you to get your medical records instead of just sending them to another doctor office like all other offices I've been too. Money is their agenda, not patients. I wish I could give them no stars.

This is the worst clinic i have ever taken my kids to my son has high blood pressure an has been diagnose since he was 11 and this Doctor Pagan told me that I just had to put him on a diet that he didn’t have high blood pressure . These doctors in Florida need to go to a real medical school and be more attentive with their patients. Also the representative have bad customer service . Bad service all around

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The only person to give this unorganized establishment a 5 star rating was somebody associated with doctor Alvarez and his goons. Please think twice before considering this place. Avoid it like a bad habit.

For me this place don't even deserve half a star. This is the worst medical office out there. The staff is disrespectful and very un professional and the Dr. Doesn't listen to the patients needs, he keeps scheduling to charge the insurance. When requested to speak with the office manager I was told she was in a meeting, I said I would wait and Front Desk agent came back saying that she was in a meeting and would not be able to come out at all and to call her next day. By the way I didn't waste time and called from there to find that the extension number she gave me does not work and when I was redirected it took me to voicemail which was full so I couldn't leave a message. People don't go there, they don't like to help only interested in getting their share from the insurance companies.

This office is receiving 1 star ONLY because the receptionist (young brunette) was phenomenal. She was polite, attentive and extremely helpful. The entire check in process for a new patient was thoroughly explained. HOWEVER, I arrived 20minutes in advance to fill out any paperwork needed. Paperwork was complete and sat waiting at least 5minutes prior to my appointment time. It has been one hour. I am still in the waiting room. There does not seem to be a system of order to taking patients. The waiting room was packed when I arrived. People that have come in after me have already been seen and left. This is a horrible indicator of how this establishment values their patient's time. First red flag was the wreck of a parking area for this place. Only because I need to start my regular medication is that I will stupidly continue to wait. P.s. already researching a different office even if its several miles from home.
