I called to be seen because I was very ill. I was told to go to the Centra Care because they are booked. I asked why should I go to Centra Care if I have a primary physician who knows me and my health!!! I was told there are NO guarantees I will be seen. I didn't received any call and had to go to Centra Care where I paid more to be seen by a physician that knows nothing about me nor my health!!! Time to change doctor's!!!

Went in for an ear ache on a Monday and was told to just take over the counter medicines such as Tylenol cold plus etc. By Wednesday symptoms had worsened finally prescribed amoxicillin still did not help. Called in for an appt, they were booked was told the Dr. would prescribe something else for symptoms, it's been a whole 10 hours nothing has been called in to my pharmacy. I've been going to this office for years however it is time to move on. Horrible customer service, especially from Bianca extremely inconsiderate and rude.

Dr Dunn has a sincere interest in the well being of her patients. I moved to Florida a year ago, and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, attention to details, and level of care given in the office. It's not a patient mill, where doctors triple book appointments and run people through for the dollars.

After meeting with Dr. Dunn about my symptoms I was sent to get bloodwork. My bloodwork was fine and I called back to follow up to see what else could be the cause of my symptoms and I have left several messages and I still have yet to be contacted back. It has been weeks now and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very rude and will make you schedual seperate appts for every little detail just to charge you more.

Having moved to Florida last year, I found it difficult to find a doctor I could connect with. I had been with my previous doctor in Connecticut since I left my pediatrician - I won't say exactly how long, but it was more than 15 years, with the same practice. Going to Dr. Dunn was like being back with a doctor from my old office - maybe it's a Connecticut thing (she attended UConn medical school). I am very happy with her. Wait time to see her was not long, I felt like she spent the appropriate amount of time with me and addressed my concerns adequately.
