Sagar who owns the store and is number one in charge and the manager DHquv are the best people and the nicest kindest and most helpful people I has ever dealt with And that's with any 7-Eleven I've been to in New York this is the only 7-Eleven which is a five-star store five star staff they're cleanliness and they always have what you want they are the best of the best so this is the store that everybody should be going through this is the number one 7-Eleven throughout the whole county I don't care what nobody says and I said it once I'll say it again everybody in the store including between names that I mentioned especially deserves a five out of five star ... ALL OF YOU PEOPLE THAT CREATED A BAD RATING WITH ONE STAR RATINGS HORRIBLE RATINGS WHY DON'T YOU GO IN THE STORE AND ACTUALLY SPEND SOME TIME IN THE STORE JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T GET WHAT YOU WANT AND YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND INFLATION OR ANYTHING THAT'S GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY YOU GOT TO BLAME THE STORE FOR YOUR OWN PROBLEMS TRY LOOKING YOURSELF INTO THE MIRROR BEFORE REVIEWING EVERYONE ELSE NEGATIVE. Do not I repeat do not buy food items from here. If you do, check expiration date thoroughly. I came here today and got macaroni and cheese not realizing until after cooking it that it’s been expired since 10/16/2022 that’s 4.5 months!! Mind you today’s date is 3/2/2023 Furious about having to go back and cashier didn’t even seem concerned about it.. just nonchalant. Just bad ‍
Terrible service and they tried to convince me that a mango slushy was a Coke slushy when I’m allergic to mango. I don’t know who’s running this place but absolutely horrendous.
I have been going to this place for a year for coffee in the morning...I 1st time I ever asked to use the restroom, I was rudely denied... this is not a country in Asia! This is USA
Good customer service has to begin with good management. I have noticed that the owner of the store treats his employees really bad! I see the same people working there seven days a week for over eight hours. That is why they are always on their phones. Because the manager doesn't give them a day off to ever see or talk to their friends and loved ones.
Your worker need to learn more work whenever I order pizza in your store from DoorDash they never cook what I’m goona do with this uncook pizza very bad service
Always seems dirty and unkempt. Staff seem more interested in their phones then helping customers or taking care of the store. Was in recently there was a full cup of coffee spilled across the counter and floor of the coffee area, that didn’t seem like a recent spill. Boneless wings were so dried out and hard they must have been sitting there for hours! I’m sure 7-11 has guidelines for food handling but obviously this store lost them in their mess.
They were out of a couple mixes from the hot beverage section and refused to even look for refills on request
It is okay this store
Walked in nobody greets you. I asked two different employees about the price of a 4 pack of RedBull. The female said I have no idea the guy had his earphones in talking on his cell in another language. I will never spend my money there again. Trust that. Rude.
