One of the best Dunkin’ Donuts on Long Island hands down!!! The donuts and drinks are to die for!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful!!! I always go here for my daily dose of coffee!!! The staff also wears mask to keep themselves and us safe which I appreciate!!!

Not only do they sell delicious food, THEY WILL HELP U WITH CAR PROBLEMS!! my car broke down in the parking lot. The manager- Muhammad was extremely kind to come out and help me.  He checked my car, then started waving down customers for cables so he can help jump start my car!! 10 star service, everyone in the shop was so gracious, and offered me donuts and water while i'm struggling for over an hour.  Thank you Muhammad and Dunkin', so grateful for your delicious donuts and gold star service!

I went to the drive thru Dunkin’ Donuts with my daughter to get for my whole family thinking it was going to be easy.  Little did I know it was a horrible mistake.  I ordered 6 bacon egg cheese wraps and got 4 cheese and egg wraps. I got mini pancakes and hash browns and they were really bad. The only thing that is good was the munchkins and two iced lattes. After spending $35 half the stuff was so bad.  Just very upsetting to drive back to queens with half the stuff bad!!

If I can give 10 stars I will give this DD. The best DD in LI. Friendly staff, clean place and wonderful service. Very busy and long line especially in the morning.

I'm a loyal Dunkin customer.  Most because of the products.  But will have to say that the service given by the staff at this particular Dunkin was far above what I normally experience.  Great attitude by the gentleman who helped me.  You felt as if you were not just one of the many customers that walk into their doors everyday but the special customer that walked into their store that day.

I can't have the caramel syrup for food allergies reasons and I said multiple times no caramel sauce. My drink comes out with caramel sauce so I send it back. I get my new one and leave the drive thru only to realize they just lopped off the top and covered it with new whip cream! Threw out my drink and went to Starbucks across the street!
