One of the best diner that is close to an LIRR station While waiting for my train arriving in an hour i need to had a quick stop by for brunch in this diner. It was nearly to get busy,place is half full and as i entered the place i went straight away to the counter to ask for the menu. 2 guys at the counter was very welcoming and took my order straight away. As i seated had my coffee first,then serve my food in less than 10minutes and the staff took my order kept checking on me if im doing good. Best service i had in a diner,strongly recommend to visit this place

I was in the area so decided to stop by Station Plaza for a quick bite! I ordered a hungry man breakfast wrap: two eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, cheese with home fries. Came out piping hot which was perfect. Staff was friendly. Their menu is definitely huge, so should accommodate to everyone's taste buds. Street parking only. Definitely a cool spot to check out if you need a bite!
We loved our experience here! The food came out very quickly and was tasty! Inside they have a counter area that you can sit at or of larger tables. It was clean I had a great atmosphere. I would recommend the breakfast sandwiches because of how good they are and low price as well!

Old school coffee shop feel with amazing breakfast and fast service. Big portions and cheap prices. I am very selective of where I eat breakfast this place is in my top three in NY. My go to dish is two eggs w/corned hash.
I've been going here since coming to Quest diagnostic and have always had great experience. George has been taking care of me since last month I think, the corned beef hash is delightful... the menu is amazing and huge and their prices are affordable and the portions are huge.....thumbs up to them and customer service is great.
I have been here many times. I am routinely surprised how the quality and service is always excellent. I did not take a picture, which I regret, but I dug right in. A Gyro Omlette! So good. Peppers onions and gyro meat. There are a lot of new places trying to do homemade boutique diner food at $$$$. The Station Plaza Coffee Shop and Diner is way better at a fraction of the cost $ My suggestion, when traveling to NYC, stop and get food here. Order from the train and hop off for a quick to go order or sit and be treated to super nice people serving you. I only post recommendations of places that I can know are really good, but this place is at the top of the list for breakfast and lunch. Thank you Station Plaza Coffee Shop
The food is decent like any other diner. Prices are a little cheaper which is a plus. I sometimes get the breakfast deluxe which comes with eggs, ham, sausage, potatoes and toast. I do wish they have lower carb options though or at least charge less if you opt to not get potatoes and toast. This time, I got bacon and eggs on an English muffin and the total came out to be about $7 before tip which is pretty good. To me, diner food is diner food. Where certain ones stand out is the level of service they provide and this place is not bad but not amazing either. The older gentleman at the front counter did overcharge me once though for a pick up. $18 for a double bacon cheeseburger which seems a little absurd. Perhaps he saw that I was a new customer at the time and took advantage.
FRIENDLIEST, nicest, most welcoming diner ever! Just started coming here and this has to be the best service dining destination ever. Always good service and good taste. Stop by.Food: 5/5
