Worst 7-Eleven ever, employee is always on his phone, coffee is always old or empty, it was not like this with the other employee. I use to stop everyday and now i only stop every other month and every time its still bad if not worse. Edit: this is just to add because it seems like none of the employees care, always on the phone with the wireless headphones, the "owner" wants to reply that this can't be true what a joke 7-Eleven is turning in to, very few good ones anymore.
This place is unsanitary. They'll grab the food bare hands and give it to u like if it's nothing..nah. also they didn't want to let me use my 711 membership

The foreign guys that works here are disrespectful, talk on the phone the entire time they’re helping you in another language. Super lazy ,the hot items are not ready by 7 because he doesn’t put them on until 7. Blank stares when questioned. Probably the worst 7-11 in the area. Plays Muslim rap in the store super loud like a dispensary. The 7-11 on Rosecrans and I-5 is way better, also has foreign people working but they are super nice and friendly. If I could give this place negative stars I would. HORRIBLE.
Gentleman at the counter wouldn't ask a question about the gas. I asked for a manager he became disrespectful. I tried addressing it with the manager and he walked all over her. I started to leave he used profanity I said this is the last time I will becoming here and he said good don't come back. I have seen him get angry with other customers I guess it was my turn. My recommendation is to not support this business at all.
Have been to this location several times, mostly at night. The gentleman at the register is always attentive and I always find what I need. It's a well stocked store. I have also seen the gas pumps being disinfected. So overall, I recommend this spot for your immediate needs.
Horrible place!! They add more to the total Every time unaccounted for items. The cashier works at night is always on the phone and totally ignores your questions. Extremely rude. Yes gas is low but buy anything else and they’re going to scam you
New staff, when you pay cash they don’t give you the change. I paid and my change was .73 cents and the guy acts like he doesn’t speak English. Try to pay exact amount!
Went at 6:30 am to put gas. Went inside to pay cash. Waited in line, only to get passed up. Then got to the register and the guy at the register still helped the other person first. He didnt look like he wanted to be there. Bad customer service.
Just went to this lame 7/11 to check my tire pressure & paid for it, didn't ask for free air. Sad part about this is that they know the machine doesn't work it has no sign saying out of serves. Guess what this dumb indian creatures response was " it's not my problem" and walked away. Had the audacity to say it was about the $1.50 no tf is not STOP ROBBING PEOPLES HARD WORKING MONEY MORONS.
