This McDonald's is one of the best ones that I've been to. The food is usually pretty fresh and they rarely ever miss an item or serve you a wrong one. They're not stingy with condiments and don't feel your drink all the way to the top with ice so you barely get two sips of what you ordered. And when they do make a mistake they're generally very good at accommodating something special to make it up to you. Their service is very quick and it comes with a smile. It's not the closest to me but it's my chosen location cuz I don't like eating mad LOL
My experience with this McDonald's has always been positive. My issue with this location is the location! It's very hard to get in and out of and sometimes there's transients around and there's just this vibe of poverty around. It's off-putting that this whole shopping center is vacant except for this McDonald's. So when I'm thinking about my safety, this probably isn't my first choice. I go here when I am starving and in the area but is not a good place I would go to on purpose
Coffee is the best here but the morning manager need more training on people skills. My reward points went thru but didn't go thru the female manager cancel my order to ring it up again and won't give me my reward points on new receipt. I get it the management team must be unhappy here treating customers like students my advice go back to training management skills. But McDonald's coffee is the best.NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! .
Came to this morning to this McDonald's because the one by my house is closed down November 10th 9:00 a.m. Fastest service getting breakfast I have ever had at a McDonald's. Friendly people quick service at a McDonald's drive-thru can't go wrong.Food: 5/5
This location always takes so long to give you your order by the time you get it its cold, you would think its fresh. And to top things off they constantly get the order wrong how hard is no cheese. Can the employees read? Bad experience here almost every time ive visited.
5 stars in consideration it is still mcdonalds... but they always get my order right and fresh. That's all I care about. AVOID the mcds on Firestone and pangborn in downey. They're horrible and I've LITERALLY fought with them. I feel sorry for the manager with that staffing . Smh. But imperial, beautiful. Parking: It's a grocery center. There is plenty of parking considering food 4 less has been shut down. Wheelchair accessibility: The normal access that mcds usually provides Dietary restrictions: Request in app or in person.
Wait time was long about 15 min just to order in the drive thru. Then was told "cash only, mobile app was not working" another 15 min just to move and receive my food. In addition the cashier was unnecessarily rudeFood: 2/5
Mcdonalds is always very fast at serving your food. It isn't that expensive either. I spent almost 8 dollars for a double cheeseburger. No fries or a drink. I sat there and enjoyed my delicious burger with a free water. The staff was very friendly and the environment was clean. I was on foot so i didn't try the drive through. I give this Mcdonalds Four stars, for being delicious.
Not fast food like it used to be when I was a kid. The wait was longer. Looked like they were making the meals after orders are placed. 2 Happy Meals and 2 combo meals took a good long wait. Maybe it could have been just a busy lunch time rush on a Saturday afternoon too. Kid-friendliness: Kids loved their Happy meals. Parking: Alot of lot parking available.
