My favorite convenience store. They always keep their drinks ice cold! I love that!

Couple weeks ago I came in around 2am ish and Betty was training John. Also a week agoish same time there was guy by the name Rick or Rich. Anyways all these shifts give me hope that there is still great service and value in America. This 711 should be the model of how service should be in usa.

Coffee light was Blinking mean Coffee is not Fresh and The lady knew this and charged me for Old coffee. Sorry store and Liar

The lady at the counter sold us a faulty car charger and 3 mins later when we returned from the 7/11 parking lot she didn’t even bother to help us with the problem. We were ripped off for a 20$ charger that was DOA.

There's like seven 7-11s within a few thousand feet of here but this is the nicer, newer one.  It's not exactly the easiest getting in or out and the diesel pumps are perennially slow but it's everything you'd expect in a 7-Eleven with a fairly friendly staff.  Solid three point something rounded up.

I went in the store a few weeks ago, immediately getting in line as i was purchasing something behind the counter. I was told that I must leave my backpack at the register. This would be understandable if I had walked around the store and was not already in line. When It was my turn to make my purchase, the cashier refused to check me out. After greeting him and telling him what I wanted, he shooed me aside to attend to the gentleman in line behind me. After that gentleman made his purchase, the cashier still would not allow me to make my purchase. The other cashier that told me to leave my back pack at the register while i was in line, attended to me. She did this with a terrible attitude

I used to be a manager for a 7-Eleven in Sarasota, and this location hands down puts a lot of the others to shame. Very clean and excellent selection of goods. Have never had a problem here and yes, the gas pumps are slow, but that doesn't warrant a one star review.

$175 hold for a $50 tank of gas, nice to see you guys putting the screws on the rest of us just trying to get by

I was waiting outside sitting down for a friend a customer asked me if I needed anything I say to get me a cup of coffee I paid the person the customer money through cash app the employee walks out with a phone and his ear pretending like he's talking to the owner telling me that the manager says I am not welcome here because I cannot be outside solicitating I only showed up 5 mins the manager of the store says that the owner told him that I cannot be here or he would have to call police on me! Never in my life have I dealt with a so disrespected gas station especially a 7-Eleven terrible terrible customer service I give this gas station the worst review there has ever been never where I come back to this gas station again
