Couple weeks ago I came in around 2am ish and Betty was training John. Also a week agoish same time there was guy by the name Rick or Rich. Anyways all these shifts give me hope that there is still great service and value in America. This 711 should be the model of how service should be in usa.

$175 hold for a $50 tank of gas, nice to see you guys putting the screws on the rest of us just trying to get by

The lady at the counter sold us a faulty car charger and 3 mins later when we returned from the 7/11 parking lot she didn’t even bother to help us with the problem. We were ripped off for a 20$ charger that was DOA.

This is my neighborhood store and the staff is always so nice, remembers me and the store is clean.

There's like seven 7-11s within a few thousand feet of here but this is the nicer, newer one.  It's not exactly the easiest getting in or out and the diesel pumps are perennially slow but it's everything you'd expect in a 7-Eleven with a fairly friendly staff.  Solid three point something rounded up.

I went in the store a few weeks ago, immediately getting in line as i was purchasing something behind the counter. I was told that I must leave my backpack at the register. This would be understandable if I had walked around the store and was not already in line. When It was my turn to make my purchase, the cashier refused to check me out. After greeting him and telling him what I wanted, he shooed me aside to attend to the gentleman in line behind me. After that gentleman made his purchase, the cashier still would not allow me to make my purchase. The other cashier that told me to leave my back pack at the register while i was in line, attended to me. She did this with a terrible attitude

I used to be a manager for a 7-Eleven in Sarasota, and this location hands down puts a lot of the others to shame. Very clean and excellent selection of goods. Have never had a problem here and yes, the gas pumps are slow, but that doesn't warrant a one star review.

I was waiting outside sitting down for a friend a customer asked me if I needed anything I say to get me a cup of coffee I paid the person the customer money through cash app the employee walks out with a phone and his ear pretending like he's talking to the owner telling me that the manager says I am not welcome here because I cannot be outside solicitating I only showed up 5 mins the manager of the store says that the owner told him that I cannot be here or he would have to call police on me! Never in my life have I dealt with a so disrespected gas station especially a 7-Eleven terrible terrible customer service I give this gas station the worst review there has ever been never where I come back to this gas station again

Would give a zero if possible. first of all the general manager Miriam disobeys local fire laws by covering the emergency exit with bins every evening from the donuts and the CDC order. most of management is incapable of training their staff and often leave passive aggressive notes to untrained people instead of giving them the proper time to show them what to do. they also do not adhere to the time stamps for food and will serve food past the allowable limit to customers. I have also witnessed customers getting food that is still cold that should be to temperature. For example the grill items. Upon many nights working in side The Vault I found milk that was at least two weeks past expiration still unsold on the rack. I have also heard rumors of people's credit card information being stolen from the gas pumps Overall avoid this place unless you have to go.

I applaud this 7-Eleven on their tactics for wearing a mask! They have gone above and beyond their measures to ensure the consumer safety which I absolutely love some people are getting mad because they have to turn around and go get a mask but I would rather turn around and go get a mask then die or be stuck in the hospital watching someone die
