Not good. One customer walked out. Long line and no one helping customers but one person. The other girl there finally decided to get up and help. Took her long enough to help others. Won't be going there any time soon.
Bathroom is disgusting! The stores always usually pretty dirty. It is a very busy store though! It's convenient.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have been going to this place almost everyday since my job is right next to it. With the new staff and having the owner in a lot more has drove me away. I asked if they could break a 100 as I just got paid if I bought something. The owner said yes so I picked out my item and then she complains that I’m using a 100 to buy the item. She states they are not a bank which I know that but I did ask prior and she said yes and that I’m going to use up all of their cash. Mind you this happened at 8 am. There is plenty of time and people to get more cash. Especially since my coworkers also use that store to pay for gas IN CASH. I asked and bought an item, go there almost everyday and they still threw a big fit. Prior to this, I had no bad experiences with the workers but now I would rather spend more at wawa. Also, the owner was on the phone TALKING to someone else while yelling at me, talk about trying to bring in more customers. If I could give a 0 I would. I also never see them Sanitize as I’m there so frequently to get a snack for lunch. On many occasions, I will see a big line with one person in the front and 5 people restocking but not cleaning.
About as average as you can expect from gas stations. Nothing exciting here except maybe a drive in car wash. Customer service is about what you would expect from minimum wage workers and hot food is always old. Even when it's fresh. Can't really complain since I haven't ever spent more than 10 dollars inside for food.
Poor customer service. While purchasing gas I also purchased a car wash but when I started to go to the car wash, I saw a sign that said the car wash was not in service. So I went somewhere else & paid for a second car wash. My receipt had an expiration date for the car wash. I went by the store a couple of times trying to get my car wash, but the sign was still there. Two days after the expiration date, I realized I had never gotten my car wash. So I went inside. It seems that the car wash was never out of service. When they put the sign in the grass, the car wash is fine. It is only when the sign is in the drive & blocking the car wash that it is not in service. Hmm....that would have been nice to know. Now I realize I should not have waited so long to check on this, especially with an expiration date. I take responsibility for that. But when I went inside, I did not get an apology or any effort to "make it right". What about a free doughnut & coffee for my trouble? I received absolutely nothing! I paid for a car wash that I did not receive. Why would you leave a sign out where customers see it & feel confused about whether the car wash is truly in service? Why wouldn't you want to make an effort to keep a happy customer? I am definitely NOT satisfied!
I haven't used my debit card in months. Five minutes after using it at this 7/11, fraud prevention called that someone is Arkansas tried buying $1K worth of goods from an online Walmart. This is the first time I've used my card in ages and of course, they shut down my card to prevent fraud. Had I not had an extra credit card, my vacation would've BEEN entirely ruined. I'm 100% confident a card skimmer was used, either inside or at the pump because they even had my CCV number on the back, which can only be copied if the physical card is used. Like I said, this was the ONLY place it was used and the first time in a year it was pulled out of my wallet. This happened two days ago around 5PM.
On 9/13/17 I pulled in to gas station because I saw a fuel truck off loading fuel so I thought I would have a chance to get some fuel. I got in line with others and waited approx. one-half hour. Then all of a sudden a clerk appears and tells everyone that they don't have power. Question: why have gas delivered if it can't be pumped? The fuel should have been delivered to a location that had power but no fuel. Some gov't./other group should have a system to monitor/coordinate these issues so that fuel is delivered to stations that can pump it. Is this asking too much?
I was there this morning my coffee wasn't even hot. This is my second time in the morning first there was rotten banana on the counter. They are always out of menthol 305's . This experience first thing in the morning was unbearable. Don't waste your time. Go to the one by McDonald's on my Pine Island Road or the one on Burnt Store. These 7 11 are fully stock, clean and friendly staff.
I just stopped there there cash in a lottery ticket and buy a new. The lady behind the counter was the rudest person I met. Everything I ask for she responded with you need to do that yourself. Like I said, cashing in a lottery ticket. Sorry if you hate your job but don’t take it out in paying customers
Clean store! Associates are always fast and friendly and love the fresh food when i am in every morning. Thank you for everyone for your hard work and dedication!!
