Amazing service from the employees even with how long the line was! They had accidentally made an extra coffee and gifted it to us, really made our morning a little bit better thanks to them! Employees were smiling and kind and even though it wasn’t necessary they apologize for the extra 3 minutes of wait while they made our sandwiches. 10 out of 10 recommend this Dunkin’’, we’ll make sure to come back to this store specifically!
The worker at the window really made my entire morning! She's so sweet and her customer service is absolutely outstanding. She engages in conversation and made me laugh several times while waiting for my food. I wish I had gotten her name but she has short hair and tattoos!! I called to tell the manager how awesome her employee is, but she brushed me off and didn't really care - so if you see this girl THANK YOU for making my day. Keep being the light in this world, you never know whos heart you can touch by just simply being kind.
Got a to go order and the iced coffee was bitter not made correctly how I ordered either. Very simple coffee just iced French vanilla. Ordered two chocolate glazed two strawberry sprinkles and two vanilla cream and they gave me some random doughnuts didn’t even mention it when I was there picking it up. Will not be back to this dunkin.
We went to 2 other Dunkin Donuts and got treated VERY poorly. We went to this one, and a oh so VERY VERY sweet kind woman named Amanda turned our whole day around! It's seriously the little things that truly mean the most! Thank you SO much Amanda!!!
This Dunkin is very hit or miss with their drinks, but we continue to go because it's close to home. It really depends on who's back there making them. You could order the same thing one day and it's great, and then order it again the next day and it's flavorless, watered down garbage. We don't eat their food anymore: bad idea, just trust me on that. The donuts are okay at best, but taste stale by the time 10 AM rolls around. My go-to is a large iced green tea with 5 blueberry and 4 liquid sugar. If I need some extra energy, I'll get a medium iced cappuccino with skim milk and 4 mocha. If I want to indulge my sweet tooth, I'll get a medium iced coffee with 4 cream, 4 seasonal flavor swirl, and 4 stevia. They've managed to mess up every one of those orders. But again, it's close to home, so we just deal with it. Be sure to taste your drinks before you leave the drive-thru or pick-up window. You'll thank me later.
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. When I pulled to the drive through there were two cars in front of me & it’s it took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Then when I got to the window she made me pull over and wait another 15 for my bagel, a single bagel….. One of the workers was outside of the building talking with friends or family, instead of i store working and could be cutting the 30 minute wait. Horrible experience.
As with all Dunkin's, the young lady who was the order taking person. Also, she was the person who handled my order, was so friendly. scale of 1-10, she is an 11. She truly made my day, Thank you Respectfully Dan S Parking: The Vist was in Cape Coral, Florida. The bissness is on Del Prado Blvd.
Nice Dunkin! Perfect location right by my house u even use the lot as a shortcut to the speedway, it saves time if u live around 12th, coffee is always great and staff is always quick with a smile. In a drive thru guy but atmosphere looks new and clean inside.Food: 5/5
Horrible... employees do not listen and are rude. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bagel was completely burnt then asked for 3 doughnuts and two of them were wrong after saying what they were again at the window...
I love this Dunkin’, staff is so warm and welcoming. I spilt my coffee on myself when I got to work after a Dunkin’ run so I went back and they remade it free of charge. This is what excellent customer service looks like! If you guys see this, love you guys! My fave Dunkin’ in Cape by FAR!
