For the last month I've been going into this location for service..I've noticed that it's been much cleaner and we'll stocked of items on the shelf. Neatly organize. New employee that provide outstanding customer service with a smile. Thanking me for my business. Haven't seen no trouble around the area since. I recommend this location for the fast n friendly management whom name was Rita n employees for fast service. Please give them recognition for an amazing job.
As in all the downtown Denver 711 locations they seem to make up their own hours. There is zero sense of reliability or brand recognition that I developed with 711 over the past few decades. Will no longer be going to 711 as hours seem to defer to whatever they feel in that day. To clarify hours are stated at 24hrs for every store I've attended, but are consistently closed when I arrive.... Despite me seeing workers inside.

The soad never made right every cup i get im unsatisfied with it im no longer going to this 711 for drinks, never has hot food made and the guys there that work rapping and cussing and rude, and blaring nasty music on their phone causing me to have to stand there a minute!
Closed before business hours st 11pm?, got two employees messing around and holding the door shut can’t ever rely on your place for anything just close this location already
Clerk didn’t know how to ring my items up I was buying after 10 pm graveyard shift he had to be high so I left with out purchasing items
I was charged for 2 hot beverage when all i got was 1 hot beverage and a cup of water for my dog. I tossed a quarter onto the counter, so the cuban looking person working the register at 5am on April 24, 2020, threw the 17 cents at me. Only 6 cents landed on the counter....
Won’t allow to use restroom even if you’re about to explode. Not a good service
The WORST 7-11 ever!!! Places a mop bucket and shopping cart INSIDE door way and refuse to let people in to buy things. ALWAYS out of products!!! Close the place down if you don’t want to be open and sell things. This 7-11 is HORRIBLE!!!! Cashiers are rude and act like we are bothering them. Seriously SHUT DOWN if you don’t want to be open!!!
My friend was at the store and purchased with her EBT card $22 worth of merchandise. If you use an EBT card you are not supposed to be subject to the $0.10 per bag charge to Denver has enacted on plastic bags, however when my friend asked for a plastic bag the clerk insisted on charging her 10 cents for the bag and when I informed her that according to municipal ordinance were not supposed to charge EBT customers for their bags and she got an attitude and said you don't need to be telling me how I do my job. But with all due respect if you're doing your job incorrectly you need to be told. Not to mention I have been at this 7-Eleven location quite a few times and it's probably one of the dirtiest locations out there with the rudest customer service and the most inept management that you can have. Come on 7-Eleven you can do better than this!
