My daughter came into to get her nails done when we bombarded by nail tech. This was her first time getting her nails done and was charged $50 for something that she did not like. The design was outdated and not what we showed the nail tech and she simply got acrylic nails with two colors (not gel) and a basic design which should have cost no more than $40. Seemed liked the woman was trying to hustle overloading us with fake compliments, in order to scam us on the price. Also, prices not readily available. Horrible experience and my daughter is embarrassed of her nails. Now we have to take abother shop to get them repainted. From the looks of the previous reviews the owners are OK with providing poor overpriced service. Her nails didn't even last one week.

5/5 forsure, I have no idea why they have any bad reviews!!! They are so sweet and kind, gorgeous place, so clean and nice and my nails have never looked better and Tina was so quick!! Update: there were a few times I came in and the prices were different each time for the same job and she charged me $65 for a basic fill? She also didn’t listen and filed my nails down way too short. No details, just black and a fill. So I went elsewhere and found V &T nails only a couple blocks away. WAY cooler designs and prices that can’t be beat. Sorry, bye 7 nails! Lost a customer with inconsistent pricing. Was a 5, changed to a 3.

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The male tech yelled at me when I came back and asked for it to be fixed; I didn't even ask for a refund. When I said "can you lower your voice" he said to me "don't go there with me." I was shocked by his lack of professionalism and skill. When he first completed the manicure, he put a large gap between my polish and cuticle. When I asked him to fix it, he tried to dismiss my request by saying that if it's close then the polish will peel faster. I said that was fine and to please fix it. He "fixed" it by putting a third coat over the two coats. You could clearly see there was a thicker layer underneath. When it was done, I got out of there as soon as I could. When I was driving away, I saw how horrible it looked and had to turn around. I got back there around 6:50pm and when I came in the male tech, his name started with a Z, began yelling (as I mentioned at the beginning) at me. He said I was lying and that's what I asked for. If you misunderstood what I asked for, and I wasn't happy with the end product then it is your job to fix it. Instead, he called me a liar and argued with me loudly in the front of the store. Another female tech "fixed" it for me and made my cuticle bleed. I recorded my encounter with this disrespectful and unprofessional tech, and as I left I told him that I will be contacting management. ________________________________________________________________________ Response to the owner: I have had a gel polish manicure before and I have never had a big gap between the cuticle and the nail polish. The lady who fixed my nails when I returned was able to get the polish closer to my cuticle so that that it didn't look like an old manicure after the nails have grown a little. What time are you usually available at the salon? I want to speak to a manager/owner and follow up with this situation. It was very unacceptable.

This was the worst nail experience I've had this far. They treated me and my acquaintance very poorly, getting irritated when I asked what services they had. We then proceeded to get our pedicure with only one other person in the shop. The woman rushed through and didnt even cut my toenails which are all uneven. Suddenly more people came and they proceeded to make us wait while they worked on them. Me and my friend and the other woman who were all ignored were all women of color. Every other woman that came in was white. They finished 2 other pedicures before returning to do our nails. My friend proceeded to get her nails done while I refused the service because of their poor service and obvious discrimination. Train your staff to have better service. Response to Owner: As seen on many of your review responses you continually invalidate the experiences of your customers. We also have video recordings of your staff being awful to a customer. Also as you stated when we called to complain you too have video on the peemesis. Please be honest both in business and with your feedback and talk to your employees about their behavior. I was not the first and will not be the last.

I'm a stylist myself so I know the importance of safety and sanitation. This is one of the cleanest nail salon I've ever seen, I was very impressed. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful when I came right at opening. They did a nice basic pedicure and spent a full 45 minutes on me. The massage was a full 10 minutes each leg which was wonderful, however the massage manipulations were very fast and rushed and left me feeling like i just got rubbed really fast rather than massaged. I'll probably be back. I personally prefer a beauty school experience, they are massage masters and almost always have better sanitation than any other licensed salon
