They always do a great job and actually listen to what I'm looking to have done. Nicole did a great job giving me a cute short haircut that I maintained for a while. I've been growing it back out now and went in to have it cleaned up; I thought my hair would just end up looking less awkward,  but Tanya gave me a great haircut! Makes the growing out process less painful. Thanks Roccos!

Fast and friendly service. I recommend making an appointment if you need something done. They seem to be quite busy most of the time

I had a horrible experience! 
I went to get my hair dyed frown red and left with orange red hair. Alli the chem tech hardly talked to me. She acted like she had never lifted brown hair before. When she was "finished" my hair was two toned. The teacher had to come over and cover my hair with another red color and they charged me $99. They said they were sorry and gave me five packs of tricare advanced treatment. I will Never go here ever again. I shouldn't have even paid for the way they treated me and the horrible way they did my hair. AND I WAS THERE FROM 10 am to 4 PM!!!
