Basic camp site. Full hook ups, no extras like fire ring or picnic table. Definitely meant for long term stays and not for recreational purposes. Pet friendly, but no K9 area. Check in staff not very friendly or welcoming. No commissary. And they give no discounts.

Great place to stay. Very quiet here and family oriented. Stayed here for three months

This place is near my home and it's not a campground. It's a mobile home park situated between the train tracks and a busy highway. Camp elsewhere. You have been warned.

Called to make a reservation and the lady who answered was rude and straight up weird. It was sort of like calling the DMV mixed with atalking to a condescending distant relative. You know what I mean. first, she talks to you like she thinks you are a complete idiot. "do you know the difference between 30 amp and 50 amp?" etc. Additionally, she insisted on knowing everything about me, my wife, my kids, and our dog. super unprofessional. regardless of all this awkwardness I still wanted to make the reservation because the only other rv park in town was booked. However, when I asked what her cancellation policy was she went off about how i was being rude because I wanted to reserve a spot and that I may cancel. Look lady, I have not seen your park and your reviews are horrible. I would like to know what happens if i show up and decide to cancel. nevertheless, I withdrew and did not make a reservation. It was the last straw. Even after all this, she did not attempt to keep my business. she said something along the lines of "good luck trying to get a spot elsewhere". ridiculous!

First of all I have tried several times to get into this place as we wanted to be closer to where our house is being built. We are currently in Four Oaks at Raleigh Oaks RV park (an absolutely EXCELLENT RV park) but it's a little too far. I have called several times and she says to call back later no spots available, never takes our info. So we drove by and noticed some spots open and pulled in. We talked with the woman who runs the place. It's a crazy experience talking with her in the first place, she does have the backwoods kind of feel. She tried to have us wait on a lot in back that might be open later. ( she also raises the price every time we talk with her) And I asked about the one next to the office she said we would have to drive up with RV before she could rent it. My husband and I talked about and decided to see if we could just start paying today to secure the spot for the next day. We did not want to load everything up, drive over and then find out it was being rented out by someone just stopping in. SHE WOULD NOT DO IT!!!!! WHAT??? What RV park does that. We've been RVing for 5 years. Why?? She was completely rude about it as well. We drove off and decided it is not worth it to stay in a place like that...we will just make the commute.
