This was our first visit to this campground - we were looking for something nearby to do a shakedown trip for our new travel-trailer. The highways/roads to access this campground are open and easy to navigate, however some of the roads in the campground itself can be a little curvy and in need of some repairs, but all in all I had no trouble navigating (we have a 29' TT pulled with a pickup) The staff is very outgoing and so were the other campers we met. There are a lot of events planned (especially on the weekends) and the staff goes out of its way to make you feel welcome and involved. Unfortunately if your site is too near the lodges and you are an "early to bed" type there may be a little bit too much noise from the events for you...quiet time starts at 11PM. There is a camp store as well as a snack bar, game room, family lodge and pool as well as an adult lodge and pool. There are also golf carts for rent and fire wood for sale. The bathhouses were clean and the showers had great water pressure. There is no cable available but I was able to pick up about 10 or so channels on my digital antennae in perfect clarity. There are also quite a few radio stations around that I was easily able to tune in. All in all this was a really nice place to stay.

Beautiful park, very nice staff. The pools were very nice, they have an adult pool and a family pool. We stayed for 2 weeks on a nice very big full hookup site. No complaints about the restaurant on the grounds except for the hours they keep. We will definitely return to this park when we're back in that area.

This is more than likely the best campground in the Piedmont. Beautiful layout, plenty of activities for the kids at the pool and arcade along with events with live bands playing in the community hall on the weekends in the summer months. Very well maintained!

Stayed in a lake front cable. We were able to feed the ducks from our balcony. Very clean. Lots to do. Putt putt golf. Lots of trails.
