After speaking with another customer, pump #4 has been out for awhile.  I noticed it out about a week ago at my first visit here.  Staff was very rude when I grabbed a snack.  Tonight, pumps #1 and 2 were out.  After trying my card in all of those (I have a business card that I use so I had to rely on one card), and watching two other customers do the same, I waited in line for #3.  When it was my turn, the screen read "see cashier" when I attempted to use my card.  I went inside and said that I want to put gas on a credit card.  He looked at me and said I'll need ID if you want to use a credit card.  I agreed.  He took his time looking at my cards, then looked at my signature and said that if I want to use that card, I must use "the same signature" as on my ID.  I didn't know what he meant by that so I laughed and said of course, why would I not?  He just looked at me and said I don't know but I don't want you to just scribble on the signature line. I net over 500k and I got looked up and down, questioned about my identity, and told how to sign my signature for gas.  Nothing went right here, not the pumps, nor the unfriendly and very, very odd staff.
