My experience here was total horror all I needed was a Lil air found out there charging people and there compressor will only put out 20 psi max and we all know that ant safe I try to tell them they tell me its me in reading mY gage that i always use wrong worst place to. Be a customer

Was headed back to SEA-TAC and realized I hadn't gassed up the rental car. Google told me this was nearby and we were back to the airport quickly after visiting. It is on a busy intersection and we had to wait several minutes to get gas, but the roads to the airport from here were easy.

OMG!! 
NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! GO TO SHELL GAS STATION FOR GAS!!!!!
So, tonight I ran out of gas, at the light to turn (into a gas station) at a very busy intersection in Burien. A motorcyclist behind me honked and I yelled that I'd run out of gas. To my surprise, he pulled into the gas station, parked and ran over to me sitting in my car. He asked if I needed help I said YES!! You're an angel 🙏🏼✨I gave him a $20 and he went into Shell and bought a little gas can and filled w/gas, came back over and put it in my car. I started up (thank God🙏🏼) and pulled into Shell. I knew I only had a bit of $ on my card and had planned to use that $20 for gas....
I went in tried to buy $30 gas, DECLINED! So then $20, DECLINED! So then $10 DECLINED?? I knew I had some money??!!! The rude cashier told me to call my bank. I asked if he would take the gas can back, he said NO! I check my bank balance and it's $000??? Oh look!! Shell gas took out (pending) $21.75 THE LAST BIT OF MONEY IN MY BANK!?!?!! So, they took out my remaining balance and placed a hold on it AND DECLINED ME!!! Now I had NOTHING! No money, No gas!! I went in to the cashier and showed him my online bank statement. He said your card declined, that's your problem. I said you guys put a hold on it!! I said "if you're going to take my money at least give me some gas. I'M STUCK HERE! No money, No gas, I'm disabled and my kids in the car...!!!"
He said "Not my problem, call your bank." 
Not ONE ounce of compassion!!! NOT ONE!! Unbelievable!! 
(The Good Samaritan put $5 in my tank, enough to get us home!!💕🙏🏼✨👍🏼 omg w/o him, we would still be stuck there!!! He was an angel 😇)
It was a mix of good and BAD! As far as Shell gas, this is twice now that they've done this! I don't get how it's legal for the (w/ a debit) to place a hold on the balance in your bank and say you've declined?? I'm calling and complaining to whoever owns that gas station!!!

I only get gas here regularly because the company I work for compensates me for fuel in the form of Shell gift cards and this is Shell located most conveinently to my house; but I wish it wasn't. The pumps are all EXTREMELY SLOW ( I have tried all of them at this point) the pumps closest to 1st Ave S continually fall out and the safety for the automatic pump is always triggered so you have to constantly resqueeze the trigger every 30 seconds or so which is especially annoying when filling up because I'm not sure if my tank is entirely full or if it's just stopped again. The pumps on this 146th side are very slow, slower than the other pumps. It took me close to 7 minutes just to pump 12 gallons of gas but atleast they don't fall out. 

One time I accidentally locked my keys in my car and they were still in the ignition. I had to leave to go get the spare and it was going to take me about an hour to go meet up with the person who had the spare and come back to unlock my car. I was nervous someone would see my car sitting there with the keys in the ignition and bust the window and make a quick getaway, so I went inside to ask the attendant to keep an eye on my car for the next hour and to call the police if he saw anything suspicious. It took a lot of explaining to get my point across because none of the attendants there spoke enough English to understand what I was saying, once I got my point across the man was very rude to me and told me that they don't do things like that... Maybe he just didn't understand what I was saying? I'm not sure but I left frustrated and nervous about my car. Overall the gas station sucks.
